Darryl was our server , he was awesome, the food was great. I had the cheese steak, it was different then the ones I usually get else where. The fried cheese curds were great. Price was not bad either.

I ordered to go over the phone I specifically asked for all flats 3x Sonia took my call. When we came to pick the order up the order was not right. She said I didn’t ask for ALL FLATS lol 😂 (time was 11:20 on 11/18 please replay the call you will hear I said all flats 3times) so now she saying I’m changing my order I have to wait so we proceed to eat the food that was correct at the bar she tells us stop eating because we ordered to go 🤣🤣 like ma am u messed up my order now I’m going to be eating cold food since I can’t eat my food that YOU didn’t mess up… I asked for a drink while I wait she wanted me to pay for it lol I don’t mind but the least you could have done was give me a drink smh customer service just sucks these days

Disgusting burgers like hockey pucks, dried out to chaco.I don't know what it was. The service is horrible waiting forever. If I had a picture of the burgers, nobody would ever come back. The french fries are horrible. This buffalo sauce is the best thing on the menu. They have no
Resolution of table service at all, everybody waits and gets frustrated and never wants to come back.They need to close the place down absolutely.And no, go restaurant, get out of there. I'm really sorry I have to post this highly disappointed.

Called this location to make sure they allow dogs in their outside seating area and we were told that the host checked with a manager and said it was ok. We show up with our lovely golden retriever and the spanish lady manager came to the door and stated she didnt have an outside server and we would have to go somewhere else. After we called to confirm before we showed up. The building had maybe 2 tables with people and the rest at the bar. Next time maybe make an exception since your employee gave us the wrong information?

Pick up orders are never ready when the app says they are. I’ve had different managers, telling me different things about how things work basically whatever fits each situation. But most recently I went to go pick up a buy one get one 10 piece wing. It took 45 minutes for them to be ready and then when they were served to me, they were dried out and gross- When I showed the manager, he offered me a $25 gift card, which is cool, but I just waited an hour to literally not get food

We have ordered take out thru DD three times in the last month from the Deerfield location. Every time something is missing. We received a credit from BDubs the second time so gave them a third chance, but three strikes and you’re out. The last time I called the restaurant directly and was told my wings came out late but I could come back and get them. Seriously?? Then I was told that the woman I was speaking to checked my order herself and everything was in the bag. So which was it? The bag was sealed when delivered and there was no room for in that bag for the missing wings or fries, but she then insisted the side of fries was in the bag.

I asked to speak to a manager, but was told he was busy helping in the kitchen and wasn’t available, but would call me back. Still waiting on that call that will never come….
