First time there. I got Buffalo Wild wings gift cards from BSO when my kids volunteered at an event. I went there tonight with the family after some errands to try them out. Well I really didn't feel the vibe. Honestly the server could have done better. She seem disgusted that she had to serve us and made us feel uncomfortable. I kept my cool and still tipped because that's just me. I didn't want my night to be ruined. I don't think I'll be coming back. Didn't feel welcomed at all. The food was good though.

Not even about the food. It’s about how sucky the customer service is every time I come to Buffalo wildWings and how you guys have let me down multiple times now wether I’m alone for lunch or with a group for dinner. Nothing is ever ready or brought out together food got cold tonight repeatedly asked for sauces and still didn’t get them until after food was brought out. We already sent back the fries because we didn’t have our cheese sauce. Very disappointing that your location and the other deliver nothing but poor service. I really don’t know how you guys think this is normal and we’re talking about different visits over a year period of time with the same results every time smh.

I came for lunch and my first impression was a good one. The place has a nice, fun atmosphere going. The music was good. I liked the decorations and food. I had a good time.I am a new resident of this city and so I was sent a coupon to try the place out. I treated my son who was equally happy with the place. We started with the waitress's recommendations of the buffalo chicken tater tots. The waitress did mention it was a little spicy. It was for me. I did like them. The tots tasted great. The sauce was good. My son loved it. I got the chicken fingers, white meat. They tasted good and had a good crunch. We liked the food.I am glad we tried the place out. We both liked our experience here and look forward to coming back .

I was craving wings so I went to this location in Deerfield I waited 15 minutes nobody ever came over to me or greeted me. When I asked for help I was told by an annoyed waitress she'll be right over and when nobody acknowledged me. I was so hungry and there was no one there to help I just walked out. Very disappointed

Service: We arrived at the bdubs on Federal Hwy at 4:02pm, and JUST left now at 5:16pm. There is were five tables besides us, three of which all had their meals and drinks. Another table of two ladies had gotten there before we got there, and not only did we not even get welcomed until 4:45pm, but after we got our order taken, the other table of ladies still hadn't even been noticed. They eventually got their order taken and ordered drinks, and their food came before the drinks, and the manager had to get them their drinks after 20 minutes of waiting to be noticed, then another 20 minutes waiting for their food. There was one waiter, and the manager and two other employees were sitting at a table and didn't bother helping this waiter at all. The waiter made it very clear that he did not care to be there because the service should've been effortless with the amount of people in there. My boyfriend and I went to this bdubs so that he could do the wing challenge and he called before to get the details about the challenge, where he was told that if you finish the wings in under two minutes, you get the meal for free and that you get 1000 points to your bdubs account. When the wings came out the waiter who has not been doing anything said that he was the only one there and that he was too busy to time my boyfriend so i timed him, my boyfriend completed the challenge in a minute and 55 seconds. When he finished the challenge we waved over the waiter when we saw him come back out from the back 10 minutes later. The waiter told my boyfriend over the phone that we was not allowed to use napkins or drink anything so my boyfriend waited for 10 minutes covered in the spiciest sauce that they offer all over his hands and face trying to be authentic for the challenge. The waiter came over and said that he could run to the bathroom then took all of the plates and cups and left for another 15 minutes. I waved over one of the employees and told her we needed the check and that he completed it, and she brought over the check with the wings still charged on it. I told her again that he completed the challenge and that the wings should have been taken off and she said that either way he still has to pay. I told her that who he talked to on the phone said that he didn't have to pay, and she proceeded to argue with me until our waiter came over with the check without the wings and corrected her. Then my boyfriend asked how he could get the points, so the other employee asks for his phone number and said that she would get it figured out. My boyfriend paid our tab without the wings on it, and he asked again about the points and the waiter said "that is something that you will have to talk to the manager about", so me and my boyfriend who have now been here for over an hour when we had the intention of being in and out in no more than 30 minutes follow the manager outside where he is smoking instead of helping the lone waiter bust tables or take orders, and ask about the points and he responds with "oh i told *the waiters name* to deal with the points" so now we are going back and forth with the other employee, manager, and waiter simultaneously. The manager then tells us that they don't do anything involving points and that we should do it through the app. Then the other employee says that she put our number in and that we will get them. So we do not actually know what is going on with the point situation. But the best part about all of this is the table of girls that got there before us were still there waiting for their check and finished their food once me and my boyfriend put our food order in. Don't go here.

I had a great experience eating here. I must say the day time bartender Erin is awesome. She runs the bar so well and is so sweet and attentive. Food was great but the service was top notch. I'll be back for sure.

I liked the fun atmosphere of the place. It is a good place to watch a game. It has so many tv's. I can see me coming back for a hockey game. The staff was friendly and the service was good. I got the Buffalo Chicken Tots. I liked them. The tots were nice and crunchy. That is the way I liked them. The fish was a good size. It had a little spicy sauce and it had jalapenos and red spicy peppers. It was good. The chicken tenders had a good crunch. I got the onion ring upgrade it was two dollars more. I thought it was good. The food here was good. I had a good lunch experience and I was had I tried this place out. It has specials on certain days of the week. The place is worth checking out.
The price 1 dollar for a wing is good, i like the service and pick up. I just went to Peking duck house at Pompano. They charge me 12 dollars for 5 wing things is crazy. I will never back there

Got take out. Buffalo chicken salad. Lettuce is old, they didn't include salad dressing and when I called to ask for some they wouldn't answer phone. Also barely any Buffalo sauce on chicken at all, horrible disappointment ,, there are so many better options.

I used to love BWW but lately the quality and taste of the wings have gone down. The wings didn't taste fresh even though I had to wait 20 minutes for them. Maybe it was a bad day.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.... Ordered chipotle & lemon pepper wings and received plain/ no seasoning, wings tasted like they had been in a warmer or reheated the audacity of the cooks to serve this to customers and the wing cost is expensive.. money wasted!
