The music is extremely loud. I asked them to lower it and they really didn't lower it. It wasn't smoothing music. It was rap music. We're just not go in when you're eating your dinner.

With the money I spend here being about 30$+ dollars because of the economy, I would assume with an entree there would be at least two sauces. I went into the store with my siblings and of course I go here often. I bought four meals two being kids meals and asked nicely for two sauces for entrée so that we could all have enough, the blonde older lady behind the counter refused to give me sauces and insisted I pay for them. I asked her if any of my meals which had all entrées in them would get sauces and she again said no, and that I would have to pay for them. I politely said OK and left the store, but it is very unfortunate that with the amount of times I come and have become a loyal and frequent customer that she would sit here and refuse any sauces to me and especially in front of my little siblings who are less than nine years old. I’m super disappointed as I have come to love this location and she had definitely ruined it for me , and yes , over sauce .

Usually a solid spot — food is fresh off the grill and made right most of the time. Depending on the time of day it can be a little hit or miss, but overall it’s quick, tasty, and consistent more often than not.

If I could give this place no stars I would. 30 minutes wait time for an order that was placed online an hour before pick up time @1:20 pm. The staff act as if they don’t speak or understand English. New Signature Strawberry lemonade watered down completely, not even the small taste of. Staff was unreasonably rude. Staff also laughed in my face when I told them that a 30 minute wait for an online order is unacceptable. I was wondering why I hadn’t been back to that exact location, and now I remember why. I thought because time had passed that it wouldn’t be a negative experience again. Fooled me again. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE. Everything sucked.

I walked in at 2:30pm on a Tuesday for lunch. It was empty. Nobody at the register, every table was empty, and 1 car was at the drive thru which got its order and left. I waited for a 5 or 10 minutes but nobody seemed interested in coming to the register at the counter. Since I was pressed for time, I walked out and went to All-Star pizza across from it in the shopping plaza. Great pizza! Plenty of other places to eat. Glad I didn’t waste more time waiting like the many other bad reviews here state.
