I never leave reviews but whenever I come to this location they greet you kindly (Misty) is who I spoke too.All are kind tho. But they’re always polite and food fresh. Keep up the good service it’s definitely noticed. Angilocia is so nice as well

Whoever the manager is …you’d best give Mitzi a raise because not only was it Valentine’s Day, you guys were understaffed as well. It was super busy and she was the only one up front working and doing the drive thru. But you know what….. she had a smile and was friendly and accommodating and super helpful. I can’t imagine how stressful working there can be, especially in those circumstances. Thanks Mitzi !

It’s a shame this BK owner just spent so much money remodeling the store. Their service still is so poor. This is not a normal BK store and the crew here just don’t care and you should be expected to wait and wait and wait and wait! Horrible service. I have had good and bad service at this location. But tonight was the best I had in long time. I went in the drive through. And the young lady was so professional with taking my order and reading it back to me. Once at the window so was happy to help me with my gift card and paying the balance with debit card. This location at night normally has kids that are only there for a check and don’t care. But tonight I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Also can’t wait to see the it once the remodel is done.Parking: Even if you don’t get a spot in front of the store it’s not that far to walk.

The service is terrible, the place is dirty, it is assumed that when there are people the delay is logical but here there are no customers and they take a long time to serve you and give you food! The employees use the phone and don't realize that the fries are cooking and they notice because they aren't paying attention! I mean, terrible attention to everything!

This place steals from its customers. When going through the drive-thru and when there are big orders, it's guaranteed that there will be items not given to you, despite paying for them. I usually check, but sometimes the order is big and I can't. Today, I didn't get the dessert that I ordered. Hire workers who can look at what's ordered and hand those items to the customer. I hate that this place does this. I'm not coming back.
