A nice Brazilian style bakery with delicious looking pastries. It is a big place inside with a side room great for events. It has a big TV. I was in the mood for those cheese bread, that was my reason to stop in today. I was disappointed with the ones they had. They were stale and a little hard. I bought other things in the case. The name was not written in English so I didn't know what I was getting but it looked good lol. The lady behind the counter spoke little English. It was enough to communicate how many but not what the item was. I was happy with the other pastries. They were good.

absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Their coxinhas are a must-try. You can tell they put a lot of care into every item they make. If you're looking for authentic Brazilian treats and great service, this is the place to go! Highly recommend.

I'm leaving one star because there was no way I could give zero. Terrible service, almost all orders were wrong and when we asked for them to exchange what we ordered, they were extremely unwilling and ignorant. The coxinha was also sour. I don't recommend going to this place, look for another bakery and avoid this stress and embarrassment.

Nice Brazilian bakery. Very cozy. Try going there on a Saturday morning to get breakfast. Staff are very friendly and store is brand new. Everything is nice, clean and fresh!
Terrible! No taste at all. Comparing to the others Brazilians bakers, bakery 2000 is the worse one!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! If you have the opportunity to come, don't come. They reluctantly gave me my entire order, they were upset that we ordered takeout. We are from another country trying to visit a new bakery from another culture and we have no desire to go back. I would give the food a try, but the service would NEVER EVER be an issue, that's why I won't be returning. Make sure you train your employees well, especially so that they do their work with love. I walked inside trying to get a cup of coffee. The ladies at the front are absolutely unprofessional and non communicative. They ignored me and literally turned around and proceeded to talk amongst themselves. Only after me asking if someone could help me did they take my order. They pretended not to understand any English. I simply asked what kind of bakery is this and they were completely lost. Called the manager over and she translated for them. Then all of a sudden they began talking English. This place sucks!!! The coffee sucked too. Double espresso was weak. Cuban colada is way better than this place.
