Cannoli Kitchen Pizza

I walked in a told the guy that I was picking up a pie. He then grabs a peil and reaches into a conveyor belt oven and removed the pie. Crust half brown and half white! When I said something, he cut the pie in half and put the under cooked part back into the oven. During this time, the other half is sitting in an open box getting cold. Look at the picture......it was terrible 😔

I eat mostly at Boca Federal Hey location and here but since the recent change of ownership or management I'll stay at Boca. I basically get the 2 slice special with a soad. Most of the times they have the slices I eat and sometimes not but there's always a full soda cooler. If I ask for 2 slice special with soda they can at least warn me that all they have is diet Pepsi and water. I didn't bother requesting an adjustment on the total, just ate my slices and now will just visit the Boca location.

The pizza is great! Quick stop on our lunch break and filled up with 2 slices. Slice sizes are big! Only negative is there's no ice and the cooler where the bottle drinks are kept was not very cold. However this was at 12:30 in July.

I order from their Boca location all the time and figured the quality was all the same. I ordered the grandmas pie just like always and it looks like crap AND they changed their menu size, their mediums are now a small. I called and requested a refund if I brought the pizza back and the manager told me no.

There was unfortunately a clump of uncooked pasta in my spaghetti bolognese. I was really excited for the tiramisu but it was frozen solid when it was given to me.

Person who took order got it wrong & also address wrong. They don’t listen to your directions. By the time pizza got here it was cold & not the one I ordered. Maybe better to order online.

You all at this location need to get it together with your pizza dough! Last two times we ordered from here the pizza crust is floppy, soft, under down and almost pastry like. The sauce & cheese is very tasty and I really like your chicken Milanese salad… but it’s super disappointing paying for a large pizza that is floppy & undercooked.

Ordered from door dash. Some of the worst pizza I've ever had in Florida. Crust was floppy and soft. Clearly undercooked. It's called the CANNOLI kitchen and they serve a stale cannoli? Are you kidding? Cream inside was also gross and the dark chocolate chips must have been bitter because it drowned out any of the taste. Got halfway through and couldn't bite through the shell. What a joke. First and last time I will ever order from here.
