I hate leaving bad reviews to great people but this time I have to.
The 2 owners are AMAZING people, some of the most welcoming people you’ll ever meet in your entire life however the waiters and waitresses aren’t exactly like this. Whenever we dined here the servers showed little to no personality and seemed almost “pissed off” to serve us. We tried to ignore this as we really enjoyed their Taco Tuesday special but we tried this place on a day that wasn’t Tuesday and it changed everything.
We ordered a cheese quesadilla, Mexican street corn, and the queso “dip”. Like usual we waited around for awhile and were eventually served our food with a frown on the servers face. Eventually we dug in and that’s when our experience changed. The Queso “dip” was quite literally melted cheese in a skillet served with a couple warm tortillas. This was terrible, a couple bites and my stomach was already killing me. The same story goes with the quesadillas. Best thing is the Mexican street corn, and if you come here ORDER THAT. ITS A MUST.
It upsets me that our experience was ruined and because of this we will not be consumers anymore.

Loved the food and the place. Very authentic.
Only negative was a salty waitress who kept forgetting order.
Will definitely give them another shot. Great food.

Such a great spot! Amazing food and super cozy atmosphere. Our server Jordan was very attentive too!
Always fresh and truly authentic
We drive a long way through a lot of traffic to.treat ourselves to this place. I always get healthy weekly lunch specials with soup. Today's was zucchini...excellent tortilla wrap just made. My significant other goes for heavier fare from regular menu. Wish that they were closer. Pretty inside with comfortable booths a nice bar in the back and friendly wait staff.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff but food was pretty underseasoned...even their salsa. Not sure if it was just an off night for them but not very impressed.

WOW...JUST WOW!
After my last experience, I walked into the new Casa Maya location a little nervous -- but WOW. Just WOW. From the moment we stepped in, everything felt different. We were promptly greeted and seated, and the new spot (same plaza, just a few doors down) is brighter, more open, and instantly welcoming. No crowded feeling, no rush -- just great energy.
Our server, Oney, was an absolute gem. Attentive, kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the whole experience feel special.
We came for lunch, and their lunch specials were divine. The complimentary chips and salsa were fresh and clearly homemade. We ordered the house guacamole, and that's when the party really started -- creamy avocado, fresh cilantro, and that perfect, bright flavor you can only get from truly fresh ingredients.
I ordered the chicken flautas lunch special, but knowing they make chocolate mole in-house, I asked for some on the side. Best decision ever. It came with a minimal upcharge, and it tasted exactly as I remembered -- the perfect balance of chocolate, spice, sweet, tart, and bitter. A real mole masterpiece. Everyone at the table ended up ordering flautas (some chicken, some shredded beef), and every plate was delicious.
I also have to mention the refried beans topped with cotija -- creamy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
This place feels clean, crisp, and like management actually listened to feedback. They truly stepped up their game.
I even took home a steak fajita burrito for my husband, and he was over the moon. It came with a side salad, and even though it was a lunch portion, he could only finish half because it was so generous.
Everything was reasonably priced and 100% worth the trip. Casa Maya has completely redeemed itself -- and I'll definitely be back!

The food was very delicious and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The margaritas were great, the staff was very friendly.
My complaints are that there was a very foul odor coming from the hallway of the restrooms which smelled like a backed up drain.
And the “Crispy Tuna” taco dish needs to be re written and changed. There was nothing crispy about it. It was chopped and cooked well done tuna bits mixed with some seasoning. However it was strange to have a few large tomato and onion slices on the plate. I asked what to do with them and the server said I need to “cut them up”.
Huh? That’s strange.
I’m sorry I didn’t ask about the dish before I ordered it.
All together it was tasty but I didn’t feel like cutting tomato’s and onions. That dish should be reworded with a better description.

Came here for a networking event. Found out the owner goes twice a month to Mexico for the best and freshest ingredients and boy did it not disappoint! I had the lunch flautas and the spicy margarita. It was all great! I will be back with the family!

Taking a motorcycle ride looking for ceviche, we found this place, Gaby very friendly served us super along with another girl, we ordered a corn as an aperitif, it comes out cold and we didn't like it, we wanted the ceviche mixed and they charged us a little expensive but they served us a lot, the margarita jug was not so good and the guava cheesecake was super delicious although they served it without any presentation.
