A quiet, tucked-away classy site, right on the beach. Seating both inside and out. Unique menu- lobster gnocchi and hog fish, plated beautifully and tasty. Artichoke gazpacho and burrata salad were specials and delicious as well as nice to look at. Service was friendly and quick, but a place you might want to linger. Definitely will return here during the next visit. Reservations through Open Table but search the restaurant name through google since it might not turn up directly on open table.

The bartender Jake was great and then Nick our server was great as well. They explained about the restaurant when we first got there and then about the food prior to ordering. We sat outside listening to the ocean waves and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! This place is a must to go to if you have never been there!

We had an excellent brunch. Orlando is a very professional server, the chef is outstanding and creative and Paola is a great manager. Things are getting better all the time. Really recommend Caprese Benedict and open face lobster sandwich

This place is a hidden gem in deerfield beach not all of the hustle and bustle of the overcrowded and noisy restaurants. Great date night place for a romantic dinner. Service and food were above and beyond. Atmosphere was chic not to mention the aquarium in the ceiling. Well worth the visit and definitely be on my must list when back in the area.

Service is improving. Food is consistently good. More healthy and vegetarian options would be nice. Limited lunch variety. Less carbs at brunch. More proteins animal and plant. Plant juices cold pressed. More vegetable options.

This Resturant has an amazing creative chef and excellent food. Unfortunately the service is extremely poor. I had a reservation. I arrived for breakfast and could find a person at reception, or anywhere. Finally I was seated. But then 100 percent ignored. Even though the two servers acknowledged I was there. I was not offered any place settings. Napkin, silverware ect. No menu. No water. Finally I walked and found a server and was given a cup of coffee. No milk. No cream. No sweetener ect. Then I flagged the stress after waiting 45 minutes and said I wanted to order. She acknowledged and then never came back. I waited 20 minutes walked all over the restaurant and could find no workers. So after 1 cup of coffee. I just left. Saw no one when I left. And the place was empty. There were only 4 people at another table and me. 2 servers should be able to serve 2 tables. A table if four and me. The good news is a new very experienced manager was just hired and acknowledged the need for systems, training and a need to hire experienced staff. I hope so as this is a favorite restaurant and can't it to thrive. I believe the new manager will fix this and restore the quality that once existed for this level of expensive.

Chanson is by far our favorite romantic restaurant in our area between Ft. Lauderdale and Delray Beach. You couldn't ask for a better setting: watching a nearly full moon rise up over the ocean - outside if it's not too windy (they have firey heating towers) or inside under the huge tank of colorful fish. Yes, it isn't cheap, but it is fine dining. The quality of the dishes had a slight lapse in the past, but last night everything we tried was beautiful, superb tasting, and creative. Our waiter was impeccable. Yes, the bartender is apparently very busy, so it sometimes takes awhile for the drinks to arrive, but they are taking the time to do it right. This is no fast food joint.
