Awesome service as soon as we walked in the door! Natalia was very helpful & explained the whole menu to us as we are on vacation & just randomly picked a place to eat! Natalia knows her stuff, she was welcoming, answered any questions, her personality is fantastic! The whole crew working was awesome!I ordered the Key Lime Pie milkshake, fantastic! My husband ordered the 420 shake, sweet but so fricken good! The cowboy burger, mouthwatering! It was cooked to perfection, the Emporer burger, my husband ate before I could even ask him how it was!We were VERY satisfied with everything about this place, from the staff to the location, to the awesome menu, everything.If you have never been or are on the fence about going, CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!

I've heard about Charm City for a long time, but it was the first time I tried it, and it's a hamburger restaurant with snacks customized by you and a generous size, plus the price is below the average for artisanal hamburger restaurants in the region. I recommend and will be back.

Fantastic spot. Food is fire. Staff is friendly and did I mention the food is fire? Omg! Brought my brother and his girlfriend to try and they loved it. My boyfriend was working in the area and he got try them for first time on lunch and he introduced it to me and its been love at first bite.. Please show this business all of the love ?❤️Parking: Free parking lot around may have to walk a bit but the flow of the place is great and in motion...Kid-friendliness: Very small and families eat together. But a lot of take out and moving flow.

Amazing burger! The manager (or probabaly the owner) confidently told us it would be the best burger we've had, and he was right??. The tater tots, onion rings, and fresh cut fries were all great as well!You gotta try it if your in the area. Cheers.

This is one of the best burger joints around and it a hole in the wall (at least for now).... So shhhh, it almost feels secretive to talk about cause you're not going to get this type of flavor at such a amazing price much where else.Parking: The parking can feel a little sketch because there's really kind of only 3 spots or people can block you in but there is a Publix literally behind I'm somewhat adjacent the burger joint so you can kind of park there and just walk across to Charm City

I have shopped at the Publix in Hillsboro countless times and had no idea that if I'm facing Publix and look left, there is a back entrance to the most flavor filled burger I've ever had! Perfect blend of spices and the sauce leaves "no extra condiment required! Highly recommended!
