The worst customer service I ever seen I have asked for regular fries with no bacon and the lady was screaming said that I did order loaded fries she’s so rude you should be firing these people unprofessional they barely understand English!!! I asked even for bbq sauce she said we charge for that excuse me !!!????

I usually have checkers at this location after I get off work since it's of the few places that is open late and fills my appetite before I get home. However, every time I go to this place, the attitude of the manager always seems to be the worst. Today was definitely my last time going to this place. I ordered two double checker burgers and a smoothie. The automated voice said they were out of the smoothie, so I ordered a shake and the automated voice went through with it. That was until the manager got on the speaker and in the most annoyed and disrespectful tone she said they didn't have that either. That the only drinks available were from the fountain and water. I'm fine with them being out of certain things since I would go so often that I was used to dealing with this on a regular from this location. What I can't tolerate is being yelled when all I'm asking for is what I want in the calmest way possible. I decided to cancel my order. This type of management is the reason I believe the employees seem so visibly exhausted. They probably get tired of dealing with this type of management. I'm going to continue having checkers but at other locations. I just hope I don't ever have to deal with a situation similar to this one. Otherwise, I'll just give up on Checkers entirely.

Yesterday, I went to the establishment, specifically to the drive-thru, to order a meal. I always eat at Checkers in New York, and yesterday was my first time in Florida. I always order the $6 meal, but when I tried to place my order, I was informed that this promotion was not available here. The attendant was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. Even though I remained calm and explained that it was fine if the promotion wasn't available, she started yelling at me in the middle of the drive-thru, intimidating me, as if to emphasize that they didn’t offer that promotion.
It’s such a shame that customer service here in America is so poor!
I’m never returning to this establishment.

Haven’t been in years because last experience at this location was so bad. Returned today & nothing has changed. Asked for no ketchup, mustard or mayo & got a naked burger w/o tomato, lettuce or onions! They also had me pull-up, then back-up & then pull-up in the drive-thru. Picnic table area was filthy. I don’t know how this place stays open.
Swung by Checkers recently, and it really hit the spot! The burgers were juicy, and those seasoned fries are easily some of the best around. The staff was friendly and got my order out quick, even though it was a bit busy. The vibe is exactly what you'd expect—laid-back and perfect for grabbing a quick, satisfying meal. Definitely one of my go-to fast food spots!

I've been coming to Checkers for years, and I can't even say what brought me to the point to make a review.... I was driving, and unfortunately, I would have taken pictures, but you wouldn't even have been able to tell the disgustingness of the sandwiches we ate. I got the fish sandwich, which was really completely inedible, Not only was it overcooked and taste like it was fried twice, but it literally tasted like it was freezer burned.. almost like it was frozen, defrosted, and Frozen again. Then now we get to my fiance's spicy chicken sandwich which I had to have a bite of hoping to eat something since my sandwich is so bad but then after biting into his and it was so hard and double cooked and in edible we literally threw everything out the window. We will never give Checkers a chance again, unfortunately, because my fiance gave them a chance a few years ago and had a bad experience, and now, again , this is just an ass whooping to us! Show on regrettably beyond pissed off and actually very sorry I can't come to Checkers again cuz I used to love you guys, but damn this was the worst let down I've ever had of fast food...
Stopped by Checkers recently, and the food hit the spot! The fries were perfectly seasoned (honestly the best around), and the burger was hot and juicy. The staff was chill and got my order out super fast, even with a line. It’s a solid spot for when you’re craving some good fast food without the wait. Definitely coming back for those fries alone!

Just came, they took my phone inside to scan my loyalty points and didn’t scan it, or redeem my offer. Paid full price, didn’t get a receipt. Came back around for a receipt and they didn’t come to the window.
