I went through the drive thru it seems everyone in front was getting my their order soon as I come up they told me to wait in the front and I do understand it’s busy but I’ve been waiting for 30 mins without anyone coming to my car to hand me the food the manager who I spoke to on the was very polite and helped me out

They have paper straws. It makes the soda taste bad, and I never buy any frozen shakes because of that reason. I go to other places for my dessert. It's inconvenient, but a dessert should taste good and not like paper.
I would like to give a shout out to COLLEEN! What an exceptional customer service in the drive thru. I seemed she was doing dual position: she was the drive thru hostess and cashier. She was AMAZING, with a big smile and acknowledging my presence. Even she was multitasking, she wish me happy birthday (she knew because I used the chickfila bday coupon)

I waited 15 minutes for a spicy chicken biscuit sandwich. Everyone else picking up, ordering received there food. In my opinion they forgot about me, they gave me a voucher for a free meal next time but with horrible service like this, no thanks. I couldn't even get a drink refill in a timely manner. Shame shame on you!

We ordered using UberEATS and received chicken noodle soup with only celery, broth and carrots. Absolutely no meat and no noodles. Instead they could've refunded the items and notified us prior to sending back broth and vegetables.

Staff work really there, very quick drive through in a great shopping plaza. Definitely a good go to lunch spot for the area.
