Ordered ahead via the Chick Fil A app and arrived at location 10 minutes early with 3 cars ahead of us only to be told at 10:32 that they cant acknowledge the breakfast order. Very disappointing and discretion should be used. Persons in line before 10:30 should be acknowledged. This location and system needs updating.

This is the 2nd time I’ve waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous. Mr/Mrs Owner Operator- you’ve lost a customer. There’s other options that are just as good and faster. And I will be sharing with my friends and family. Good luck with future customers.

Today my friend and I entered this establishment to nourish our bodies on the fine food that Chick-fil-A is. My friend had approached the counter first and ordered their meal which consisted of a Chick-fil-A sandwich and fries. Now, I have been to several other Chick-fil-A establishments (all managed by Brent baillio)so we are aware of how it goes when we order something off of the lunch menu, while they are still working off of their breakfast menu. The cashier informs my friend that ordering off of the lunch menu will be a 8-9 minute wait. To which my friend said was “totally coolio”. As I was delivering my order to the cashier which consisted of a spicy Chick-fil-A sandwich and a normal Chick-fil-A biscuit. I was then denied my order from the cashier. Now both my friend and I are completely fine with a wait especially when it’s our favorite food that nourish our bodies. But it was vehemently traumatizing to of been denied while my friend in front got their sandwich completely fine. While upset that I didn’t get my order, my mother (god rest her soul 🙏) taught me not to cry over the things that could’ve been. I modified my order to suit the desires of the kitchen. Upon receiving my receipt, my friend and I made our way to a table and waited for our food. From there I had promptly received my food. Now while both my friend and I waited for their food it felt like time was passing along, in fact it felt like much more time then initially expected had passed. I had finished my food, my friend sitting across from me withering away. We looked at the clock 15 minutes had passed. Exchanging looks we know that the kitchen sometimes takes longer than expected. As the 20 minutes approached on the clock since we had ordered I then knew something had to be done. I got up from my table to go and ask about this damn chicken sandwich. I go up to their small entrance counter where I am ignored for several minutes. While standing up at that counter I hear the one girl talking about a chicken sandwich. Now I know that sandwich is my friends as she’s reading over the ticket she realizes that SHE FORGOT TO DROP THE FRIES. Hearing what had transpired I realized we are looking at an eternity before my poor friend receives their food. At that moment an epiphany. One of the girls acknowledged my existence and asked how she may help. While I told her I was waiting on the sandwich but understanding that I then decided to make the best of an already egregious situation. I asked for ketchup, mayo, and buffalo sauce. The girl then proceeded to hand one of each. Now I under Chick-fil-A culture and the need to hoard their Chick-fil-A branded sauces. But to hand me only one mayo and one ketchup packed??? Utterly ridiculous. Returning to my the table to wait another eon for this sandwich. Finally after another 10mins (34min total) we have received my friends order. Receiving the order haphazardly in a Togo bag when told the order was for here. In fact when I was at the counter I saw the sandwich sitting on a tray. Meaning they decided to change it all on their own accord. The gentleman delivering out food casually hand a “free meal ticket” while for this IMMENSE inconvenience I do feel as though it could had been much better handled if the manager who was working would have came over to apologize to us personally.
Understanding this, I would not go back to this location given that this establishment neglects their customers on a “we’ll get to it when we get to it” situation. I will continue to visit any of the other locations managed by Brent baillio. This one is CLEARLY not up to my nor my friend’s standards.
Attached are receipts photos and the ketchup and mayo

For a popular restaurant chain who got roasted -pun intended- for having traffic clogging long lines of devotees in their drive thru lanes, I wanted to see what the fuss was all about. I went at lunchtime, placed my order with an enthusiastic greeter holding an Ipad and then waited a looong time for my cobb salad with grilled chicken. So long in fact that 5 cars with drivers, who had immediately received their drive thru orders, remained stuck behind me while I was directed to wait for my 'pre-made' salad. In my opinion, it should have taken them less than a minute to slap some cut up chicken on top of the 'pre-made' lettuce and shove the container in a bag. I was not impressed with the cobb salad that I received 10 minutes later, nor did I enjoy being 'that person' who blocked the exit where they directed me to wait. I was told the salads are pre-made earlier in the day and refrigerated. Asking to leave off an ingredient was explained they 'can't do that' and you 'can take it off yourself.' Ummm okay. The small pieces of grilled chicken sprinkled on top didn't impress me for the price of $9.79. Iceberg lettuce, cold limp tiny pieces of bacon, 3 cherry tomatoes, a small sliced hard boiled egg and some shredded cheese competed for space in a crammed, small plastic container. One packet of dressing was provided. Sorry, I didn't take pictures. Nothing from that experience made me want to remember it. Choose wisely.

Everything at Chick-fil-A was pretty good. I don’t normally eat this kind of fast food myself, but my kids love it. The chicken — whatever they bake it in — was actually really tasty according to them, though the rest of the food was just okay. The service was excellent: everyone was polite, friendly, and super professional. Overall, the place looks clean and well-run. I still wouldn’t personally recommend fast food to anyone, but if you’re already planning to eat this kind of stuff, this is definitely the place to go — you won’t go wrong.

have been in different stores, but this one is the best for me. The people here are very kind and work very well. I want to mention two girls, Sophia and Amber — they are very nice, sweet, and polite.

Everybody knows the quality of the food. But here is impossible to use the drive through. It just takes too long. What surprises me is that's always the same and they don't mind hiring more people. They prefere make customers wait. Bottom line, great food but poor customer service

Im dissapointed in myself for going back here, every 6 months or so I forget tha my previous visit was dissapointing.
They rarelly has the seasonal items or premium menu items. Such as seasonal shakes and jalapeño ranch flavored sándwiches. So you end up trapped in a long line to eat their over priced, mediocre, ordinary items. Maybe next time I'll remember my various dissapointing experiences.

Ordered a medium fry and this is what I received. Legit 6 pieces, not even a full container. When I went back around I was told “this is usually the amount that comes in it” and whoever the girl was at the window had an attitude about it as if I was inconveniencing her, and just topped it off with old fries (I originally ordered no salt). I always come here, and have never been skimped on fries, nor did I receive a single apology. Definitely not the service I’m used to receiving at this location

I would like to bring to your attention an issue that occurred with my recent order. I originally ordered a side salad with grilled nuggets (either 8-piece or 12-piece) and two packets of light balsamic vinaigrette, as I always do. If you review my order history, you’ll see that I consistently order the same meal around lunchtime.
During this visit, the system manager, Boaz, denied my request for a second packet of light balsamic vinaigrette—even though it was part of my order placed through the app. This caused unnecessary frustration and delay during my limited lunch break. Because I was unable to receive what I had paid for, I decided to cancel my order and request a refund.
I find this situation unprofessional and disappointing. It’s unfortunate that my order had to be canceled over something as minor as a dressing packet that costs the store nothing personally. A bit of understanding and flexibility would have completely avoided this issue and left me a satisfied customer.
I hope this matter can be addressed so that future customers don’t experience similar treatment. As well he used someone else’s name instead of using his own name on the receipt, Assistant Manager BOAZ
