This Chick-fil-A has everything all the others have except indoor seating. But, they have a nice outdoor seating area, and the staff walks around to make sure customers are happy. They get a five for customer service.

I love this place but three times in a row I got delivery and the chicken is warm/hot and my waffle fries are cool to the touch. I don't have this problem when I pick them up. And DD just wants to credit me back $3. I want the same quality I get at the store. If the chicken is the appropriate temperature then it all can be. Not recommending delivery at all. I'm also a top level rewards guy since they got close. Its not how its supposed to be.

Very rude staff this morning. The young lady at the drive through would not acknowledge me. The guy cleaning the floors had to help me with my delivery pick up order. This is not ok.

DO NOT USE THE MOBILE DRIVE THRU!!!! Just a fair warning. On 5 different occasions, there was a line of 4+ cars in the drive thru lane and I was either the only car, or 2nd in line using the mobile lane. They prioritize the drive thru and I have never beaten the last car in the drive thru line. Usually two to three other cars that weren't in line go thru. This is all after the Pompano location reopened. Today, the salsa was missing from the order. And just noticed the granola they are giv8ng out expired over a month ago....

I’m super impressed by this location absolutely love the fast service of the outdoor dining & order taking very cool concept for kids and families lots of fun. I was helped by someone named Aaron. She is so helpful so knowledgeable and truly loves who she works for. whoever runs This operation is doing a great job. Your employees truly appreciate you.

THE EMPLOYEE WHO WAS INCHARGED OF THE DRINKS MIXED LEMONE WITH COKE, FORGOT MY LEMONADE AND ON TOP OF THAT WHEN I ASKED FOR THE MISSING ITEMS THE GUY WAS SO UPSET. SIR GET A DIFFERENT JOB THIS IS NOT IT FOR YOU. THEY NEED TO LEARN TO SERVE THE CHICK FILL A WAY. I SPEND MORE THAN $70 AND THE FRIES WERE SO HARD AND SALAD YOU CAN ITS FROM LAST WEEK. NEVER AGAIN!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT WHERE THEY WILL ACTUALLY TAKE CARE OF A PAYING COSTUMER AND GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR FRON THAT GUY IN CHARGE OF THE DRINKS.

I wanted hot coffee they only had iced. When I got to the window and asked for less pumps, it was already made. They remade it for me without my asking.

Needed a quick breakfast on the road. First time seeing a chick fil a with a walk up menu and takeout. Friendly staff and quick service to get in and out while being able to walk up to the door and order! Fun!
