Ordered through the app, as I do all the time. They completely messed up my order. Upon calling was told there was nothing they could do about it. I was told get the refund through the app and I would have to order AGAIN because they do not use their own delivery personal. Well as a customer that is not my problem that they do not have delivery people, nor should I HAVE to get a refund just to reorder, had they made it correct the fist time there would be no issue. Muy rico todo lo q sirven,y siempre tienen las cosas frescas y especial el guacamole
The girl was trying to serve me bad lettuce. she kept giving me the side eye as I tried to make her understand that I wanted fresh ones. It isn't the first time either. That's why I prefer ordering in person versus online. If I have to keep dealing with this, I might just stop eating there altogether
