Unfortunately, this Chipotle location like many others have gradually changed the quality of their food since Covid for the worse… the grill area and seating area is dirty and their food doesn’t even taste good anymore. Combined with their much higher prices, not worth it.

Good amount of food !) the new lady manager have changed favorite people the worked there now they verly give u nay meat. Poor don't recommend ./

I come to this Chipotle almost every week and the service is always excellent! The food is always fresh the portions are perfect and everything is super clean. Brenda the general manager always makes sure everything runs smoothly she’s friendly, professional, and really cares about her customers. You can tell she keeps the place organized and positive. Definitely my favorite Chipotle location 😋

Came to this Location not only do they not open up the door when the time is listed on the door. they make people wait outside in the rain won’t let them even wait inside even though they’re supposed to be open great customer service.

This spot is good we spent 80 bucks and left with 80 dollars worth of food usually I go to Chipotle and order that much food for the family 1 hr later we eating again and we complaining on how small portions they give . This place wasn't giving it away but I feel that they where being fair. And they where fast...

I placed a pickup order to be ready at 11AM, and when I arrived an employee told me to get out because they were not open yet. According to google they open at 10:45 and this happened 15 minutes after that time. Will not be coming back to this Chiptole.

If there is a manager why nobody never answer the phone verry unprofessional.

The portion sizes are extremely small. Employees act like the food cost comes out of their pocket. No wonder most people I know don’t go to chipotle anymore. A massively rich company who is obviously worried about nickel and diming their customers.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! Absolutely ridiculous!! I went in with my boyfriend, ordered our bowls with 7 people backed up in front of us because they neglected to tell a line full of 15 people behind me that their credit card machine was broken. Two people in front of me got free food because they didn’t have cash, and then two other people paid in cash while waiting. Of course when it gets to us we have to still sit there and wait for the machine to load while my food is getting cold, after 10 mins I say “how long is this going to be?” Then the manager says “it’s not my fault!”. Instead of trying to fix the situation and handle it gracefully ahead of time..she continues to have an attitude and picking and choosing who gets free food and who doesn’t! I will never be back to this location again and i recommend no one else going back as well.
Hopefully this location gets their shit together and hires legit employees to take care of their customers.

Rude, disrespectful employees. The manager acts just like them, in my opinion. The whole store needs training on how to improve their customer service skills. Rude people, poor customer service skills. Won't step foot here ever again.

This review is for their online ordering service mostly Im not familiar with eating at this place only pick ups. They always get my to go orders right. No issues. Fast service.
