Chipotle Mexican Grill

They are never open on time. It's 11 am. They were supposed to open 15 minutes ago. Either the store owner is lazy or he hires incompetent managers.

Edit: finally unlocked the door 10 minutes later. "Oh sorry I didn't know the door was locked" mmhmm, sure. I got sofritas, it was all water and the meat went up to the edge of the spoon. What a joke! Asked for more and they charged me for double. Barely got enough for a single. Another similar bowl business needs to open nearby because there's a goldmine of disgruntled Chipotle customers dying for something better.

Edit 2: Added video to show how little a double got me and how much water was in the bowl. I told the guy serving me and his response was "I'm the server not the cook."

The worst of all! They put so little meat in that you pay to eat rice and corn! It's a shame the amount they put in! One time they put so little meat in that I asked for a little more and they asked me if I wanted to pay extra... I paid the extra and they just put a little more in! There are much better Chipotle's out there!

The food was good. Problem is they had no water cup. So they wanted to charge me for regular tap water? Because I had to buy a soda cup. Maybe chipotle corporate should hear about this one!?

worst attitude and no veggies available, it’s sad how bad chipotle is getting every year. I used to be a everyday customer and now I eat it once a month if not less .

i got food poisoning yesterday when i went for lunch. went to the hospital $800 later turns out i ate bad food. i come to this place all the time for lunch since my job is 5 minutes away. I spoke to 3 people on the phone explaining the same thing and they all told me they were managers. this place didn’t offer me nothing but another order of free food… but i’m traumatized. cooperate please do something about this location between food and service.

Ordinarily I live Chipotle but the people who work at this location are terrible. They are rude, they can’t cook things completely, and they clearly don’t care about doing even an average job. Don’t waste your time on this Chipotle.

Got a regular bowl with extra steak white rice guac sour cream cheese and sweet peppers I swear to you I counted 4 little strips of sweet pepper 7 pieces of steak a small maybe half a oz oz of sour cream and guac worst part was it had absolutely no flavor only the steak had some taste it was so bad me and my girlfriend stoped eating it and said we can’t do it then hers literally has 5 baby squares of chicken I’d say about 2 oz total of toppings together it was so tasteless 27 bucks and change down the drain and now we have to go order somewhere else. Top one was the steak one bottom was the chicken one literally all rice and beans

I have stopped eating at Chipotle about a year back. I figured I would give it a shot today, they barely wanted to cover the bottom of the bowl with rice and they put a sparse amount of chicken. Saddest chicken bowl I have ever eaten. I won't be returning anytime soon. No wonder no one is in here ar lunch time!
