Worst restaurant experience of my life. Nothing was hot; the items I was most interested in were depleted the entire time and were not restocked. No fresh brownies. No mac and cheese pizza. They were out of every salad dressing but ranch. Got a Diet Coke but I'm pretty certain the machine dispensed real Coke. No napkins in the holder. Flies swarming the drink area. Almost every machine in the arcade malfunctioned and stole tokens; tried to get the attention of the lady in charge of the arcade but she was busy talking to a customer. I know it's a great deal, but that doesn't give it the right to be just plain awful.

Just came in 10 minutes before closing, and was met with the kindest service.The red haired manager and the curly haired employee were especially kind. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I come in here with my kids almost weekly and it’s always a very pleasant atmosphere. If you ask for anything they are always very accommodating. On occasions iv asked the managers (two different gentlemen) for help on asking if a pizza could be made or help in the game room with a machine and the managers always come out with a great attitude. They go above and beyond to make it a very enjoyable atmosphere. They are always running around doing whatever they see needs to be done to keep the restaurant running properly. They also talk to their employees with respect when asking them to do anything. So I had to take the time today to praise them and show my appreciation for the great job they do.

Unfortunately you can tell the food had sat out for a while. The pasta sauce tins were empty with dried sauce that seemed to had been sitting out for a while as well. The food wasn’t fresh and it was kind of a disappointment.
