I pulled into the parking lot around 4am, there was a variety of campers, vans, RVs, and cars parked. I chose a spot away from the front door and settled in, intending to purchase breakfast today. You can imagine my surprise when, after less than 3.5 hours of sleep, I was awoken to sand being blasted at my vehicle with a leaf blower. At this point, I’m no longer spending money here, you folks owe me a car wash. Unacceptable.

If this is a necessary task, may I suggest conducting cleaning business after you close when the parking lot is empty?

10/2024:Checking in for a table has no rhyme or reason to it. The girl at the hostess desk had no idea what she was doing. On the other hand, the food was delicious and the cashiers were quick.
2/2025: The server seemed like she was confused. She kept forgetting parts of our order and disappearing. I was lead to believe that she was still training but that leads me to believe, someone should gave been guiding her.

You should really consider taking out of your menu the "Chicken soup dumpling' which:
1- You would think its a soup with chicken dumplings by the name and was not the case. It was bites of chicken mixed with uncooked flour and a somewhat white sauce.
2- it was the blandest and most not appealing food that I have been served ever.

Beef pot, chicken tenders and sides that we order (mac n cheese and broccoli) were fine at best.

I have eaten at Cracker Barrel many many times. I have always enjoyed my meal. The food was fresh. The tea biscuits were hot and the server was most pleasant. My last visit was the complete opposite. I ordered fried chicken, which was extremely dry, the tea biscuits were hard and cold and our server did not smile once. I will have to think long and hard prior to going to Cracker Barrel for another meal. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of my meal.

Whiney irritating country music. Uncomfortable wood chairs with no padding. They’ve gotten rid of many food selections: chicken pot pie (only on Sundays now), no ham steak, no pork chops. They’re going backwards.

Parking: Handicap parking close to front door.

I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Cracker Barrel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The rustic charm, complete with the signature country store, immediately made me feel at home.

The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. I ordered the Chicken n’ Dumplins, and it was pure comfort on a plate—tender chicken, fluffy dumplings, and a rich, savory broth. The homemade biscuits and cornbread were warm and buttery, the perfect complement to the meal.

The service was top-notch! Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Even though the restaurant was busy, our food arrived hot and in a timely manner.

To top it off, I couldn’t resist a slice of their delicious Pumpkin Cake, which was moist, rich, and the perfect way to end the meal.

If you’re looking for hearty Southern comfort food, great service, and a welcoming environment, Cracker Barrel is the place to go! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our server was very polite. But.. I had to ask 5 times for jelly and trying to get my drink refilled was not easy. Our what used to be Sunday chicken is what both my daughter ama I both had came out literally 2 minutes after we ordered. It was cold and rubbery. He went back and refried it and it was not good. This is the first time in a line time that cracker barrel had failed me. I work board for me money and I hate to waste it on bad food.
