The food was cold and the syrup wasn’t very good and the lady at the register was an absolute jerk and she wasn’t nice to another employee the food was really bad and cold and my eggs were not scrambled at all it’s was very cold and If I could I would give this place negative stars VERY

Cracker Barrel is homey, pleasant atmosphere and the customer service on this visit was delightful!! Initially, my food wasn't what I expected. The waitress, Alessandra, was extremely helpful and understanding and didn't hesitate to make sure I got a replacement in a very short time. Customer Service is extremely important to me. It definitely keeps me coming back for more home style eating.

We love Cracker Barrel and this visit was great like all the others. Kathy our server was wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure our grandkids and everyone got what we wanted. Working in retail myself I appreciate what they go through and I’ve never had anyone at Cracker Barrel be anything but friendly and pleasant. So great job Cracker Barrel, keep up the good work.

The waitress gave us what she wanted to give us when we ordered even though we were very clear when we ordered. For e.g. we i original requested two pieces of catfish with one of the orders. She only gave one piece of catfish and advised us after we received our order that we should have ordered the dinner and another piece of fish would be another $10.00; in addition, I ordered the mama’s breakfast with pan sausage and asked for a piece of fish on the side. When I asked about the sauge patties she replied that I had the fish instead. When I got the bill ‘; she charges me individually for the 2 pancakes; fish potatoes. And an additional $10:79 for the meal that was associated. When she took our ordered it took so long for it to come. I advised her we were celebrating a birthday. Nothing mattered to her. I would not recommend anyone to ever have them serve them. WHAT A MESS & WASTE!

I used to go here as a kid, and I thought it was the best place ever. This is my first time going as an adult, and the bacon and eggs were delicious! The grits and the sausage biscuits had a cheap processed taste that I did not like ruined my meal. So unfortunately, the breakfast was not how I remembered it, but I would love to go back and try the lunch and dinner entrées! I would give it a three out of five until I get a chance to taste everything else.
