La Riviera Cafe is a wonderful place you’ll want to come back to again and again. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, creating a relaxing, almost seaside vibe. The food was excellent — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service deserves special mention: attentive, friendly, and never intrusive. You can really feel that they care about their guests and the overall experience. A perfect spot for breakfast, brunch, or a lovely evening out. Highly recommended!

We had been coming to this crepe place every time we came to Deerfield. I always ordered a crepe with brie and ham. It was amazing! After reading some other reviews, I now know this establishment has new owners. Unfortunately, our visit today was quite disappointing. I do not eat eggs so I requested a brie and ham crepe. The waitress came back telling me that they do not make special requests so I ordered a different crepe. Due to this new establishment being so rigid with their menu items, we will not be back.

Went here for breakfast with a friend and we really liked the place. We ordered the burrata and the French toast — both were really good. We also had a matcha latte and a cortado, and they were also tasty. The brunch was under $40 total. The café is super cozy, the service was fast, and the whole place has a great vibe.
My wife and I went to La Rivera for brunch. Their coffee is really strong. Croissants and crepes are delicious. The atmosphere is like at-home. I will go there again.

I’ve been coming to this place for the past 7 years, and it has always been one of my family’s favorite crepe spots in Deerfield. On Sunday, January 11th, around 7:40 pm, we decided to visit again.
During this visit, I noticed that the restaurant has changed owners and updated the menu. I’m actually happy to see that, since it’s a very iconic place in Deerfield and it’s nice to see it continue evolving.
Unfortunately, the service was not the same as before. The cashier was friendly at first, but she seemed to get annoyed when my dad took a little longer to decide on his order. We ended up ordering several crepes and specifically asked for a scoop of ice cream with each one. However, when we received our order, only one crepe had ice cream. When I asked about it, she said that we hadn’t requested ice cream for all the crepes, with a rude attitude. (which was not the case)
Additionally, she was on the phone using her AirPods during most of the interaction, which felt unprofessional and affected the overall experience.
I will still continue coming back because this place holds great memories for me and my family, but I do believe the customer service needs improvement.

I use to love coming to the crepe cafe, recently turned over to new owns and is now known as this establishment. I’d give zero stars if it was an option. I paid way over the quality of the cinnamon bun (BRICK) I received and capp. I spent almost $30. Gross! 1 the counter girl needs to learn how to smile and not linger over someone trying to read the menu. 2. I’m pretty sure I can find the same bun at my local Walmart for 2.99, and it won’t be a brick. This place is not the hometown local family vibe it used to be and all I can say is the new owners should have thought more about the changes and lack of hospitality. I miss the crepe cafe!!!!
