I usually love Crumbl the cookies are always fresh, soft, and taste amazing. But my experience was really disappointing. The two pretty Black girls working in the store were too busy making TikToks and talking about personal stuff to even acknowledge me when I walked in. They argued about who should take my order and one of them kept saying she was going to see her ex for two hours instead of actually helping customers. The cookies were great, but the customer service was terrible. Definitely not the friendly experience I’m used to at Crumbl.
