Atmosphere is awesome. It took twenty minutes to get coffee and water and more than one hour for our food as we watched others enjoy there's. Looks like one only server and some bus boys helping. Pretty bad experience for first time guests.

Staying at the hotel next door figured we’d eat here a few times in our stay. Went for breakfast approx 10 am. Walked in and not one person working there acknowledged us. No signs to wait to be seated nothing. Wasn’t any where to sit so we went and walked around. Nothing else opened for breakfast so we returned. Figured out you had to sit yourself so we waited for 20 minutes and sat ourself. Another family came about 5 minutes after. No one acknowledged us still. The other family almost immediately got service so we were patient. 10 minutes before we got a menu and then no one came back. We left. Don’t count this place in your plans.

Horrible service !!! Server never acknowledged us and threw the menus down on our table , never asked for drinks or even brought out waters. 15 minutes later asks us what we want to eat and still no drinks or waters in sight. Had to physically go inside and ask for a water and still not receive after another 10 minutes. Finally the server appeared with absolutely nothing we asked for and continued to check on other tables . so we left, save your money, many other resturants on the beach with better service and better food !! 0/10

Elderly waitress who is a server discriminated my aunt & my girlfriend while we were parking. Nasty comments for example “you are not allowed to be here”.“If you dont order now they must leave” Hostile energy.No one in the team apologized. Manage did not come to apologize for her behalf. My family felt discriminated. Sounded a bit like racist comments. Food was good but I wouldn’t recommend this place for Spanish people or blacks. They make our community feel discriminated.Just stating the truth!!!

Food was good, view was good, but our server was a very nasty lady. She was racist and she tried to kick us out because we were waiting for our family to park the car and we “couldn’t hold the table” even though the restaurant was basically empty. After she decided to yell at my family and just continued to be nasty and rude. Unacceptable, as someone who works in customer service myself that should never have been able to happen.

My girlfriend and I wanted to eat breakfast here. Walked in, no sign to wait or seat yourself. Waited in line at the cash register to talk to an employee(all the wait staff ignored me). I was told it's first come, first serve. So we sit inside at a table. 5 min pass, no one comes over with any menus (the second we walked in, you'd think we're invisible). We start seeing people walk in, and an employee taking their names down! 3-5 more min pass, we stand up and walk out. Never experienced anything quite like it. I do not recommend this place.
We stopped by to get a quick bite to eat. The wait staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I got the fish and chips and it was a nice size chunk of cod. The fries were delicious.

I went here for the first time today with a friend who had flown in from New York to visit me. We were walking on the pier and then decided to get something to eat. This seemed to be the perfect spot. We were in a good mood and weather was great and we really wanted this to be a nice lunch. The hostess asked us to wait for 10 mins as we wanted to be seated outside on the beach. She was very nice and seated us on time. our server then came and you can tell had a bad attitude. Still we were enjoying so we started with our order for drinks. To my shock when the server took the order down and then realized that we needed more time to figure out the food he cussed at us using the F word and stormed away. I couldn't believe it and have never experienced something like this. I walked inside and asked him if we heard him right or what was the issue. He started yelling and stormed away. I demanded to see the manager who then came out and asked us what was wrong. When we explained his response was "the server is saying he never said anything to you". Again we couldn't believe it. My friend explained that the server most certainly did swear. The manager didn't apologize and said well we will give you another server but the original server is saying he never said that. We both were furious and left. I don't normally write reviews. My friend and I are both CEO's and professional. i understand sometimes people have bad days but swearing at a customer out of nowhere is unacceptable and the audacity of the manager was shocking. This was the absolute worst service team and leadership I have ever come across. We felt horrible and I live locally and this place is not a reflection of the type of hospitality and vibe our local community has. It was a terrible enough of a experience that I decided to write this review whereas, as mentioned earlier I never do. Absolute worst server and manager combo I have ever experienced. Will never come to this place no matter what.
