Moved to Florida two years ago. Have been searching for real pizza. Umberto's on Deerfield Beach is the closest thing I've been able to find in the Boca area.

Tried Umberto's for lunch and are glad we did. Well made, choice of many toppings. We opted for mushrooms and sausage. Across from beach. Friendly service. Some outdoor seating.

Excellent NY style pizza. Good service. Sweet Italian lady was very personable. Prices are reasonable considering location right across street from the beach. We will return again.

The pizza tasted really good. Everyone who works there are very friendly and had my order ready in no time. I would visit this place again? Cause they are excellent.

The square Grandma's Pizza is delicious. They deliver nearby and also work with Delivery Dudes and maybe others. Price is a little high but the pizza quality is very consistent. We enjoy Umbertos since the year we moved here (2008) The owner seems a little grumpy at times, but I suspect he is busy. Sometmes they have coupons in ValPak or maybe online, but mostly you are paying full price. It's the best pizza on Deerfield Beach and they stay open late for a slice. They have been closed for much of the Covid. We saw they were open on Friday, but today (Sunday) no luck for us.
