Took 25 minutes longer to get a carry out pizza that had burnt steak on it. I will never order here again. I ordered a deep dish with mushroom, onion, jalapeno, steak, and black olives. For some reason the 🦥 put the steak on top and it burned. Not cool!

Halloween night, I understand the place is busy. But to mark my order as completed and then when I call I wait for 20 minutes and then they pick up and immediately hang up .. unacceptable.

I honestly can't stand this location. Will go out of my way to avoid them. I have ordered pick up a handful of times. And, each time something is wrong. It's as if they just don't care about quality at all! Today, the pan pizza i ordered well baked was under cooked, very flat and cut weird. And, the lava cakes looked like they were just thrown into the box, and were all squished. I told myself not to order from this place, because in the past they have never done it right. Today was no exception! Never ordering from there again!

I ordered over phone, new guy struggled to get everything but that wasn’t the problem. The problem was that my pizza never came. 4 hours later and here I am without pizza, sad and hungry on my birthday…

I ordered a carryout pizza, the product was good. But, it was cold when I got it home. I got there early, and I noticed my pizza just sitting On the counter, not cut or boxed. It was sitting on a box, mind you. But, nobody was around to box or cut it. I mentioned it to them, their excuse was, somebody was washing their hands. So, how did the pizza get from the oven to the counter? So everyone, if your pizza is cold, this is why.

David has the leadership skills of a Navy SEAL, the charm of a game show host, and the ability to locate missing pepperoni like he’s working for the FBI. One time, I walked in and asked for a complicated order—extra crispy, half and half with pineapple on only one quarter. He didn’t blink. He saluted, punched it in, and 20 minutes later I had a pizza so precise NASA could use it for satellite calibration.
Even better, the quality and taste of the pizza were excellent—crispy crust, perfect cheese melt, and toppings distributed like he had a PhD in pizza geometry.
Give that man a raise—or at least a lifetime supply of stuffed cheesy bread.

Horrible ordering experience. Ordered on the App said 40-50 minutes for delivery. I placed the order and waited an hour, tried calling the store everyone picked up phone just to put you on hold not giving a chance to say anything. Finally the tracker said out for delivery, here we are almost two hours later and still no pizza and still getting put on hold. Most frustrating experience ever.

Ordered pizza and had the longest wait ever ! Adrian was the only employee at the store taking orders making orders answering the phone etc !!!!! This is unacceptable… one employee can do all this on their own !!!!!
