Horrible ordering experience. Ordered on the App said 40-50 minutes for delivery. I placed the order and waited an hour, tried calling the store everyone picked up phone just to put you on hold not giving a chance to say anything. Finally the tracker said out for delivery, here we are almost two hours later and still no pizza and still getting put on hold. Most frustrating experience ever.

Ordered pizza and had the longest wait ever ! Adrian was the only employee at the store taking orders making orders answering the phone etc !!!!! This is unacceptable… one employee can do all this on their own !!!!!

Update to my last review... wasn't able to edit my old one .. why google? Anyway.. got my replacement pizza today and it was delicious.. exactly how I ordered it and it came hot within a reasonable amount of time. Thank you to David the store manager for rectifying this issue amicably.

I ordered take out on 11/16 and the order was 30 mins over the expected time. When I went in to see what was going on with the order the lady at the front was very rude and it wasn’t even in the oven yet. She was too busy talking to her friend. When I got back home one of the pizzas was missing one of the ingredients. The next day both me and my boyfriend had terrible food poisoning from the food. I’ve tried contacting corporate but no one from corporate cares to fix the issue. I tried calling the store and the first time I called I was hung up on. I called today 12/10 at 1:45pm and spoke to the so called manager who put me on hold and never got back to me so after 10 mins I hung up and called back and no one answers. Corporates answer to me was that they don’t own the store so they won’t do anything about it and I can’t reach anyone at the store. All I need is a refund for the food that not only took forever to be made but then to top it off made us very sick. $30.84 is what I’m asking for.

i live close to this store unfortunately all my order comes from them. every single time they forget something or they cut the pizza wrong its always something with this store just today they deliver and missed 1 items been waiting for the rest of my order for over 1hr

Placed an order for delivery at 9:07 at night and was provided a delivery time frame of 33-45 minutes. At 10:30 we tried several times to contact the store in regards to the status of the delivery and were either hung up on or placed on hold for extended periods of time. At 10:55 our order showed up, the order was correct, but WOW almost 2 hours to get a pizza, ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!

TERRIBLE AWFUL SERVICE THEY TOOK MY ORDER OVER PHONE OF ASPECIAL THEY HAD I GET TO STORE RO PICK UP ITS A TOTAL DIFFERENT ORDER THEY DID NOT ADD THE TOPPINGS I ASKED FOR AND THE PIZZA WAS SOMEONE ELSE PIZZA THAT WAS DRY AND HAD POSSIBLY BEEN SITTING OUT FOR OVER AN HOUR !! THE ENTIRE OIZZA WAS DULL DRY !! THEN HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME IF CAN THEY MAKE IT OVER I REFUSED BCUZ THIS IS THE 4th TIME THEY HAVE MESSED UP MY ORDER AND IVE BEEN COMING THERE OVER 15 YEARS !! MANAGEMENT AND ALL THE WORKERS NEED TO BE REPLACED OR JUST SHUT THAT SITE DOWN ON FEDERAL ITS AWEFULLY TERRIBLE !!!
