Horrible experience today. The employee who took my order and gave me my food at the drive-thru had horrible attitude. For some reason, she chose to be rude and mean because they had a lot going on during the morning rush. I understand that, but thereās no need to take it out on loyal customers. All I asked was to please scan my discount tickets and she flat out refused to do so. When I asked her to explain, she just kept saying ābecause we canātā so when I asked her to please take my order correctly (scan the 2 tickets) she said no. She just did not want to help me. Turns out, that was the manager. Horrible leadership. I am never one to complain or blame employees, but this experience truly changed how I feel about Dunkin. I have never had such terrible customer service experience. She does not know how to do her job. I am not visiting again.

Dunkin' Donuts is wonderful! Their donuts are delicious, the coffee is always perfect, and the service is quick and friendly. It's the best spot for a tasty treat and a great cup of coffee. Highly recommend!
Very friendly staff, polite, very quick. Food was cooked thoroughly and not burnt. They actually take their time on the drinks and they look really close to the pictures advertised.
Parking: Plenty of parking just a bit hard to navigate with the construction going on.

Terrible experience I did an online order as I do every month for meetings or kids scholl events. I ordered a few dozen of dounts. Even ordered them ahead of time to ensure they were ready. They claimed they were all out and I had to resolve the order issue online with was a lie and very unprofessional experience so far. It's been weeks. Still no credit or refund! Never with I shop here or any other store again.
