Isaiah, the server was very rude and unprofessional. My son goes to Somerset key and comes here often and the service that’s given to the kids are very poor. As a parent walking in and being ignored on purpose is crazy. Management needs more workers with better customer service.

As a local. Go to Dandee Donuts. The owners live and work here. These people do not care. It's all computers taking your order. I used to love this place, this is my last time in ANY Dunkin Donuts. What a POOR ATTITUDE and Customer Service this employee had, no manners at all, no greeting and focused with his phone more than paying attention when I was trying to order some stuffs for my company and the worst thing he thinks was funny I asked for his name and the two coworkers just said they didn't know When I asked for the manager, the two women on duty just played along with this young man ridiculous game and him just smiling and doing faces away from the register Sad how dunkin don't take serious to training good and quality employees

Food is always excellent. I always order off the app so idk how it is when you go through the drive thru or walk in. But I live less than a mile away and it's always ready when I get there. Good food and quick service. Very rare for fast food places these days. The only complaint I have is if you get a donut filled with creme or jelly. It's a skimpy portion. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant.
