The worse service ever. Every time I have to go there they always have a bad attitude towards their customers and on top of this they are always chatting about personal stuff with each other and not focusing on their job.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. I ordered two matchas with cookie foam and cookies on top, and I made sure to say it twice. When I got my drinks, they were completely wrong. When I politely told the employee, she insisted I never said it—again, I repeated that I said it twice. Instead of apologizing or even trying to understand, she was rude and told me she’d have to charge me if I wanted it fixed.
No apology, no sympathy, no willingness to help—just attitude. It was honestly frustrating and unprofessional. If I’m paying for something specific, the least I expect is to be treated with basic respect. Very disappointing experience.

This place is strange , couldn't understand a word the lady behind the counter was saying. I was going to buy 6 dozen donuts but had to use the bathroom 1st. She would not give me the key until I bought something, so instead of placing the large order I ordered a coffee, used the bathroom and left . Very very strange people working there and rude

Good breakfast. Buy at Drive thru and there where multiple voices, the attendant was talking with other people at the same time and it was hard to understand, they added an extra item that I never asked for. Disrespectful!

Not sure why this location has some many negative reviews. I come in almost every morning and the customer service is amazing. They all know my order and im always in and out. Ethan and Feddia, the managers are very friendly and always welcoming. Freddie is always so sweet. I dont ever feel rushed with them. Sonya and Ruth always get my coffee and food tasting amazing. Ruth is the sweetest as well. Always smiling and happy to see us. We love coming here and this is now our new location for Dunkin. Also will start ordering my catering orders here moving forward 🙌 Thank you guys for top notch service and you all deserve a raise!!!

Very poor customer service. I came in to order two drinks, but after I mentioned the first, the employee immediately turned away to make it without letting me finish. A few minutes later, she gave me the total as if I was done ordering. When I added the second drink, she was rude and complained that “it takes a long time to make a coffee.” On top of that, the second drink I received had a strong soap taste, which made it undrinkable. Overall, rude service.

Check your food at the drive-thru or take out before you leave We ordered on sweet tea They gave us sweet tea No big deal it happens but when my husband brought it back in to tell them the girl said I didn't take your order What kind of response is that you would figure she would just swap it out then she passed him over to a Man who gave him an attitude about the fact that he received The sweet tea versus unsweet tea He told him he needs to speak better lol by the way my husband speaks perfect English however the person telling him he needs to speak better did not. What is with nobody being able to speak English anymore
