The drive through lady is rude and impatient. There was only one car in-front of me and it seemed like she wanted to rush my whole order. She told me “ya i got it” and then indeed did not “got it” as my coffee order was wrong.

first time in there , my wife needed to use bathroom , the black female behind the counter said "you need to order something first " ? We did order , and she slapped the key on the counter saying "I want this back (key)in a nasty tone . As respectable seniors we do not deserve to be treated with disrespect , and talked to like teenagers. This woman has no business working with the public , and needs to be retrained . We will NEVER go there again , and I have recommended to all my friends to go elsewhere .

I absolutely love this Dunkin’ Donuts! I travel all the way from Coconut Creek just to get my coffee here. The service is incredibly fast, and the manager is always present, ensuring everything runs smoothly. It’s the perfect place to grab my cofree always fresh donuts and food
I've been coming to this store for a while, it used to be good but not there has been a decline in quality. The iced coffee is pretty hit or miss, on some days it's good and on others it's just ok. Today when I visited my coffee looked normal but tasted disgusting, it was very acidic and tasted as if either it wasn't brewed properly or I was served expired milk. I would have went back and had it remade but I was already far down 95

Short hair lady that prepares food coughs on food with no face mask, asked for manager to remove employee, employee went to the back came back out with no face mask and continued preparing food with no face mask on and the manager did nothing.
