Driving through attendant was very rude . First time here and will also be my last. Taste of coffee was ok /. I believe that if you are paying for a service that they should be at list friendly conscientious, and provide the best service possible. If you don’t like the job, find something else or stay away from working directly with customers. ( suggestion to management)

I go here about once a week maybe more. Usually they have good service and food. I don't care for the coffee here most of the time. The iced tea doesn't always taste fresh. The chia tea is terrible but that's true at all DD! They just don't have a good recipe/ingredients for it. I've finally stopped ordering it here.Parking: Very tight parking and getting through the drive thru is a challenge.

Used to be best service of any DD in our area. Changed recently. Wrong food on last 3 of 4 mobile orders. Customers walking out because walk-ins were being ignored for the drive-thru. Service is definitely in decline.

Showed up at 2:50 on Sunday January 14 place is fully staffed but refuse to serve anyone saying they are closed . According to their times they close at 4 on Sunday. You guys have a serious issue with workers not serving customers and staying on the clock if true. Management should really look into this. I have video and proof if needed .

Got to the drive thru no one answered or advised to hold for a moment, got to the window and waited another 2 mins while they finished talking, then the woman behaved as if I was some kind of idiot for not waiting at the audio box, and finally once I got my food it was dry and timid cold.Maybe they don't get paid enough to take an order and deliver fresh food in a timely fashion or maybe their management is a degenerate PC or maybe just maybe I was expecting too much from my 8 dollars that I spent.Go at your own risk hopefully corporate will get a handle on this customer service issue.

Been to this location twice now and both times the orders were wrong. Paid for 2 shots of almond milk, only one was added and when I asked if they could please add more, the manager said that we’d have to pay which I already did!! Not impressed with the service at all - customers in the store are not served in a timely manner either.

Great staff... Crew is always working hard in the morning! Wish people would understand when they get backed up.... They have to do the counter orders, drive through, online orders plus all the deliver orders.. they handle it well.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order online for my kids like I do every Friday, and asked for some water in a cup when i was picking up. They told me that I had to wait in line and there were at least 10 people... and that I had to pay for the water. What kind of attention is this, I understand that they can say no... but they could have perfectly given me a cup with water. At least 3 employees came to tell me that I had to wait in line and pay, it wasn't even a bottle of water. Horrible service and unfriendly staff.

The caramel iced coffee taste absolutely nothing like caramel. I asked them specifically to make sure they put four pumps of caramel and four sugars one cream. I made sure to stir the drink several times all the way from the bottom zero caramel taste then they wanted to remake the same way except this one was even worse and I told them that it's because it doesn't have enough caramel as a matter of fact the guy behind the counter put in no caramel on their remake. Then he says to me he wanted to make it again I said no way I am I finished with Duncan having to pay extra for their caramel is the biggest scam they got going on. There is no reason to pay extra if they put the correct amount for each size coffee. They will never see me in another Duncan ever again.
