You have a very dishonest employee working your drive thru today Feb 12th at about 1 pm. Her greeting at the speaker was go ahead with your order. Arriving at the window I got, it’s 4.44. No hello, no thanks. And she charged me 5.55. She does good by the end of day if she steals a dollar or more from each of your customer. She was a heavy set young lady. I will never be back. I bought one bacon, egg and cheese croissant. She ripped me of 1.11.

Totally goofed the order! Ordered mocha coolata, they didn’t know what that was. It’s not mocha, no sugar, and bitter as heck! Very disappointed plus we had to wait about 10 minutes for our 2 drinks.

Despite the smell of something slightly burned I still like this dunkin' donuts. I like you can sit outside and it's quiet and nice and pleasant. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful.

If I could give a 0 stars, I would. I have been coming to this DD's for several years since I moved to Deerfield Beach. I go very early in the morning between 5:20AM and 5:45AM. I never had a problem with this store until today. I Ordered a Chai Latte and a bagel with cream cheese around 5:35AM. The lady asked me to pull up to the stop sign, which I did. I sat there waiting until 5:55AM and still no drink. Then she shouts out of the window to move so I can let the other cars through. I shouted back that I still did not have my drink and she realized then, that I had been waiting over 10 minutes for something that usually takes 2 minutes. I could not wait any longer since I was already late for work. I wasted my rewards points and did not get anything. Worst service ever in a DD's I have ever experienced. Good luck to the owner. Maybe he needs to have more than 2 people in the early morning.

The food is really good. The service needs significant improvement. First, the lady Grace meets you with no smile and with attitude that she gives you a favor to be there. Then she asked my name for the order pick up , I pronounced it twice and she purposely mispronounced it. The rest of employees, to my thank you, replied "aha" (they look very young, like fresh out of highschool). And while I was sitting there and eating i could hear them talking to each other using only curse words.

Horrible customer service from the lady at the driver-thru window. I visited this location on 12/17/24 at 9:20am, the staff here are unfriendly, unprofessional and seems as if they despise working. That's a bad combination to have that type preparing others food. The cressant was cold in the middle, I was missing cream and sugar I asked for but I can get over that, I'm unable to get over the unprofessional women I met today.

This place is awful. I do hope management is taking notes because the Dunkin Donut on Miltiary Trail either needs to be closed or train their staff to be adequate, efficient and can properly brew coffee. If there isn’t enough staff, stop taking online orders. Train and pay your staff to offer decent service.

Like, WHY even have this location open if the product is so, pathetic. Cheese is cold. Scrap pieces of bacon. Looks like a homeless person put this together verses a trained Dunkin employee. Pass on this joint. Go to the one up north off Hillsboro. Sooo much nicer.

I’ve been a loyal Dunkin’ customer for years, but recently it’s been disappointing. Every time I order a cold brew, I get a bitter, watered-down iced coffee. The quality has dropped significantly over the past three years. It’s a shame since I live right next door, but I can’t recommend this location anymore.
