This Dunkin’ Donuts was a mess today. Wednesday 15th October. I went in at 3 PM, It is under renovations, yes But these employees, two women there. were not very helpful, area very untidy. the few donuts they were untidy hanging out of the trays. I took a picture, but I don’t have. I could insert the picture. on top of that, the lady’s room had no toilet paper. I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts after church on Sundays I have never seen it so untidy. Where I sat with smelling like a dog, so perhaps somebody had a dog there earlier. The entire place was a mess!!

THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!. I understand that any retail manager is under pressure to keep costs down. But 3 people on a Sunday morning is ridiculous. If this is a franchise, they need to get fixed. No excuse for the wait I just went through on a mobile order. The counter person should not also be doing mobile orders.

Currently waiting in the drive through for 2 drinks have been here for 15 plus min and haven’t even been acknowledged sense I ordered. The lady was extremely rude in the drive through she stopped me asked what I said when I repeated myself she did yes I have that with so much attitude in her voice

Duncan is an American classic and it is quite good on many levels. The products are baked fresh daily and I happen to think they’re donuts and their muffins are quite good.
Their coffee is top-notch and reasonably priced compared to Starbucks
Their food like their breakfast sandwiches are enjoyed by a lot of people, but probably not high on my list
Incredibly slow. C’mon it’s Dunkin not luxury coffee or food. Took probably 20 minutes for 2 iced coffee’s. Meanwhile 2 people behind us were screaming at each other through their windows. First and last time at this location.

Gross! Employee took my debit card and basically rubbed it in your hair and her whole body before she actually put it in the cash register. I also found the place to be quite uncleanliness.

9 times out of 10 the coffee is always very watery. The store does not look clean. The front windows by the entrance door are always filthy dirty. The only thing about this location that is good is that the staff and managers are friendly. Very poor Dunkin Donuts location.
