Place smells bad, a/c off. Dark. Nothing in the fridges. Looks like if they were closing the business. The food is mediocre at best. Wrong choice to come here. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. One of the worst spots I’ve been in 10 years living here in south florida.

It’s okay. Not your best. Not your worst. Eh. Place is empty , service is slow. I’m not from Venezuela. I just like their arepas. 🫓 I’m no expert but their arepas are basic. Wish them all the best.

I ordered 7 chicken empanadas, 1 ground meat, 1 cheese, and 2 cazón—and honestly, I loved all of them, especially the cazón, which was my favorite. The flavors were great and the food was fresh, the mora juice was amazing.

One downside was the sauce situation. We asked for extra sauce, and at first, they refused, which was frustrating. In the end, they did give us one extra, but it felt like pulling teeth.

Also, the restaurant could definitely use some cleaning—it didn’t look very tidy. However, the staff was friendly, and the cashier in particular provided excellent service. Overall, good food with room for improvement in cleanliness and customer service flexibility.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT EXISTS IN FLORIDA. THEY SOLD ME A DAMAGED CHOCOLATE COMPLETELY MADE TO POWDER AND A DIFFERENT COLOR AND THE LADY'S RESPONSE WAS “IF IT IS THAT COLOR I HAVE EAT A LOT OF IT” I HOPE MY SON DOESN'T GET SICK FROM THE OTHER CHOCOLATE, BECAUSE THE DEMAND WILL NEVER BE GREAT. BUY AT THIS PLACE.

What they are saying in response is totally false and out of place and I challenge them to send me the videos, I left the premises, in front of him I opened the chocolate, I didn't even get in the car, when I see that it is pure dust I go back to the store and entered in the best way, I told the employees "look the chocolate is damaged" it had a horrible color and totally powder, you couldn't eat it, she grabbed it and told me "but it's not expired, it expires in May" I said "ok but that one isn't damaged." It's the color" and he told me "no, of course that's the color, I've eaten a lot of them" anywhere they grab your chocolate and change it or refund your money, because that's what you're paying for, for a whole chocolate, not a chocolate powder, they started saying that they had to call someone for a chocolate, friends, those are not the answers that a client should receive, I simply placed the chocolate on the table and very respectfully I told him "eat it yourselves", no I'm going to argue over a chocolate, but if I'm going to leave the review, because none of the answers are what a customer should receive, who is buying a product from you, the product is damaged and they do not want to return it, it is unheard of that just to look good here on Google, they invent that I was disrespectful, I am not going to delete my opinion because that is what I experienced, at no time did I raise my voice
Do not insult anyone, and that can be seen IN THE VIDEOS they are talking about and I imagine that there you can also see the conditions of the chocolate powder that they did not want to change. Instead of answering lies, take a customer service course and check your merchandise carefully, because it is damaged.

Service is horrible and slow. The cheese was cold and the everything is so greasy, I couldn’t even eat the empanadas. Instantly got sick after eating their “Arepas” which were mostly tomato and cheese
The meat had no flavor and was cold.
The place just looked dirty.
