Fat lady has some attitude issues. Didnt want to fix her error. Got a two meat combo instead of my ordered 3 meat combo.

Oil Drenched, Soggy bread and dry BLAND chicken. I would’ve been better of going to McDonald’s. NEVER AGAIN.. Mac n cheese tastes like jail food. Fries were horrible. I will NEVER EVER try again. Couldn’t even finish it had to toss it in the garbage where it belonged.

My experience trying to order from here was bad enough that it warrents a review. Delivery orders beware. I placed an order through DoorDash. The restaurant confirmed my order. 20 min later I get a message from my driver, they were there to pick up and the restaurant is out of meat. The restaurant's made no attempt to contact me or change my order.

I try to call them a few times and go through options to try and get a person. No answer. So at this point, they've not communicated to me at all and haven't answered my call.

My dasher leaves (totally fair) BUT because the restaurant hasn't done anything a NEW driver gets assigned! Now I'm stuck trying to get to a person at DoorDash becuase they have no idea my orders not being filled so there's no option to cancel with a refund.

Fast forward it's an hour later, DoorDash couldn't get them on the phone either. I finally have a refund from DoorDash BUT NO FOOD. Seriously terrible customer experience! I'm pretty forgiving but because there was NO attempt to contact me about the order or notification given to DoorDash it was a total fail.

Originally I was going to be generous with a 3 star because I don't like to slam restaurants, especially since I haven't had a chance to eat there BUT after writing everything that happened it is truly a solid 1 star experience. Maybe if you go there it's better?

I did not like the fact that the person at the counter was on her phone and couldn't be bothered to help us or even great us, it was very rude. That right off the bat had me not liking the place. Also hate the fact that i had to put our order in the tablet versus being waited on. Just think that is a horrible way to do business. Had the baby back ribs and enjoyed them with the multiple options for bbq sauces it was surprisingly good. My husband had the brisket sandwich and it was also pretty good. The baked beans though had cinnamon or something else in the and did not like them at all. Once we had the food the cook checked in our us but just wish that was the greating from the beginning.

Got a 3 meat combo with jerk chicken, rib tips, and brisket. First off, they gave me ribs instead of rib tips. Second, all the meat the meat was dry and overcooked. Third, the brisket and ribs tasted almost synthetic, like they were 3d printed or something. Jerk chicken was probably the best meat i had but it was overseasoned. Fries were cold and mushy and the garlic toast wasn't horrible. Definitely do not recommend and definitely was some of the worst bbq I've ever had.

I give 3 stars because I genuinely feel that too receive a 5 star review there has to be some type of customer service. You have to place order on screen and still giving the option for a 18% tip. It's a joke. No type of customer service which is very unfortunate. Food is good though.

An absolute gem. We were here for a volleyball tournament and stumbled across this marvelous BBQ joint. Absolutely delicious. We chatted w the owner & kitchen team. We had the ribs & brisket along w baked beans, coleslaw, yam, etc. The stars of the show were their fries & chicken wings. It has a great southern vibe. I recommend having a blues & jazz playlist running to bring it all home.
