Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I went with a group of friends , we were completely ignored. After waiting for almost an hour and a half without being served, we decided to leave. The staff was unprofessional and treated us with a lack of respect from the moment we arrived. It was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. No one should be treated this way.

waitress was rude to my Daughter. Told her she couldn't order off the kids menu, Then told her she shouldn't order the Dessert because it was more than she could eat. You should be more selective on your hiring or Strees the importance of Customer service. We will never Return. I will also Recommend my Friends going anywhere except here!!! You should be Ashamed to be in Customer service industry. You clearly don't understand the Concept!!!

Seems like a fun place, but this was a miss for me. Service was lacking and not very friendly. Seemed like everyone "had" to be there instead of "get" to be there. Food was average, especially stating that their ribs were famous. Meh!

Flanigan's used to be better in every way. Food is just ok, service about the same, (ok) but the music and atmosphere is still pretty good.

This is the first time I many years that I haven’t rated the food a 5. I ordered nachos with no jalopena. Mine came with jalapeños and the chips were stale. The mgt did everything he should do. Took off the bill and offered to make a new one. I didn’t send it back bc I won’t do that. I am going back so let’s hope we can get back to 5. GB

A terrible experience, the manager was very rude, with people like him who have no desire to work or who do not care about the clients or the opinion they may have of the place, they should not work in these restaurant chains where we all like to spend a good time. good time a shame

Been on vacation and stopped by Flanigan’s the other day for lunch and so glad I did! Little did I know they have awesome lunch specials. I got a burger with fries for 7 bucks before tax!! Talk about a deal! Also, my server Kellee C. was attentive and friendly. Great food and service and super close to the beach!

YESTERDAY WAS MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY AND SUPOUSE TO HAVE A GREAT TIME, I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, BUT AFTER 1H15MIN I DECIDED TO LEAVE WITHOUT RECEIVING MY FOOD. THE PLACE IS NICE, BUT THE DELAY IS UNACCEPTABLE. AT LEAST THEY TOLD ME TO NOT PAY ANYTHING.

Always enjoy this place. I think quality is going down in some of their restaurants.
Drinks are always pretty good. Some
of their dishes like salmon and dolphin are not as good as they used to be.

Flannigan's in the Deerfield area did not disappoint. We sat on the patio had us a vodka mule, and nachos. Check out how big the Nachos were! I promise you it's not all chips & loaded with cheese and toppings. Glad we stopped well worth it.
