People of Zulia, don't eat tumbarranchos here because what they sell looked like fried arepa. I don't recommend it. We asked before going what type of tumbarranchos they had and they told me meat and chicken, what they don't tell you is that the chicken one is made from chicken ham.

I ordered a chicken tumbarrancho, and received a regular fried arepa with chicken ham and cheddar cheese. You ask for chicken and they give you chicken ham but they don't tell you beforehand. They gave me two napkins, one for each of us, with which we had to finish eating. The tumbarranchos “if that's what they try to do” do not have ham, CHEDDAR or fried egg. They add cheddar so as not to add white cheese and reduce the costs involved, they come out to $16 each. I paid $20 for a fried arepa with the ingredients I already mentioned and a frescolita. DON'T GO

I was surprised on my last visit that they had lowered their quality, after waiting a long time they brought the cold and reheated food which did not have a good taste or appearance and the second dish had a hair tangled in the meat, I hope they return to their previous quality.
Excellent place, delicious food, and very beautiful service, thank you very much.

The empanadas are very greasy and the stew is cold since they are empanadas that you keep in the freezer… 'Andean' cakes are not, the dough is hard… other times I had gone and they were spectacular but not anymore….

Today it was time to try Totuma bowl, Venezuelan flavor and with a very original presentation, 100% recommended, you can order it with chicken, shredded beef or pork, I ordered pernil, I will return for the shredded beef soon

I recently visited Gusticos Bistro in Deerfield Beach, and wow, what a treat! The ambiance is super cozy, and the staff is incredibly friendly—they really make you feel at home. The arepas were out of this world! Can't wait to go back!

The hallacas are not sold fresh but frozen. They are completely destroyed after heating and the taste is so-so. But just seeing it doesn't provoke. I really don't recommend it. This site used to be good, but the quality has gone down a lot. For 12 dollars per hallaca I expected a fresh and well presented hallaca, who knows how long those hallacas will be frozen there. Very unfortunate

I am Venezuelan specifically from Maracaibo. I am afraid that I have to give this place a poor review. The food is not good at all. I had the Venezuelan sampler. The food was not hot, not fresh at all and not authentic, in the sampler the shredded beef was season as a Cuban “ropa viaje” and trust me i LOVE ropa viaja but that is not a Cuban place, the “cachapa” was very pasty and the list goes on. The Hallaca was ok but think because everything else was bad my mind was already turned off by the food and the hallaca was also cold and they took forever to bring it out because they were heating it up. For drinks we had papelon and it was good and my cafe latte was good.
Needles to say, not good at all! My entire bill was roughly $50
The atmosphere is cute. And just as I am giving a poor review on the food, I must say the staff is very friendly and always smiling, I actually felt bad on a dish that was not to my liking and sent it back (something I really dislike doing). The dish sent back was what we call a “tumbarancho” when ordering please keep in mind they will give you a regular arepa with the filling in the menu; however a “tumbarancho” is smothered in a special batter and deep fried and that is NOT what’s given. Sad to say I will NOT be going back.
