Hibachi Buffet

Sushi chef made me my own plate of vegan options. I was very grateful for the fresh beautiful rolls. I also enjoyed the variety of pickled veggies at the salad bar. Great value!

Passing it on. Check your bill before you sign if using a credit card, was charged for 3 meals, there was only 2 of us. Since I trusted server and signed payment I was told I was liable for amount of bill w/tip. Live and learn.

Ordinarily, this would be an easy 4.5 place based on food variety, tastefulness and price. BUT, this time we were charged $32.06 for two LUNCH buffets and 2 soft drinks! Sign on the door says lunch is $8.99 and dinnet $9.99. If you go and use a credit card, CHECK YOUR CHARGE SLIP BEFORE YOU LEAVE. WE DID NOT.

Why pay $17 for an all you can eat buffet when a bottle of Miralax costs only $10 for the same results? The food at this buffet had clearly been sitting out in the open for hours and nothing was hot. The chicken was rubbery and had little taste. The dumplings were crunchy as they had been sitting out for so long. My partner who has a tree nut allergy lost his appetite after watching a customer use the same set of tongs to serve herself from multiple dishes. This place screams cross contamination. No staff were attending the buffet. The sprite tasted sour, like the soda machine was never cleaned. You couldn’t pay me enough to try their sushi!

Wonderful experience. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was nice, hot and yummy. Hibachi was fresh. Smaller option than some other Chinese restaurants but more superior overall.

This place is a decent buffet with many of the standard Chinese buffet dishes, and a nice selection of sushi. But to be honest I was hoping for a better meal and experience.

Some positives are that the sushi was better than what’s found at the average Asian buffet, with the sushi rice being a definite strong point here. Most places don’t get that anywhere close to right. Also, they feature a hibachi station and the freshly cooked hibachi was really tasty. The lo mein was pretty good as well.

But the negatives outweigh the positives. Many of the dishes looked like they were sitting on the line way too long, many of the labels were not put with the right food, and some food that looked good enough to try like their general tso’s chicken tasted awful.

The real clincher which brought this place down to a 3 was the fact that when my gf was in the restroom she observed an employee using the bathroom, finished, and then just walked out without washing their hands. While I can’t say this is more than an isolated incident, I’m glad we were finished eating as that would’ve made me lose my appetite had it been seen earlier.

In short, I don’t think we will be going back again

Love this place! Been here multiple times and they never disappoint. Food is always good and plentiful. Really a good value too
