very good food but the customer service needs to be worked on. it also sucks that the food is so good but the parking lot is a nightmare to get in or out of, you have be willing to spend time here if you want your food especially at night. very small place for such busy business

Don’t bother unless you’re used to being disappointed.
No clients inside and yet 4 cars were taking up 5 spaces.
Sauce didn’t match the food.

So I’m really conflicted about writing this. I really like hooks and their food and I normally come here maybe once a month. This time though I wanted to throw up. I picked up my order and went immediately home. Not even 2mins later, as my munching on food a baby roach crawls out of the bag. It’s not in the food tray but the actual bag. I immediately threw away $27 worth of food.
