I don’t know if it was just rebranding or a change of management but I used to come here every day in 2021 for that whole year and the food was great. No complaints but now the fries are just so stale and the pieces of chicken are a little small.

Ordered for the first time on Postmates not exactly thrilled with my order. The chicken was rubbery and honestly felt like it was reheated. The fries were pretty bland. I ordered regular fries. I don’t know if I was supposed to order it crispy, but couldn’t even taste any seasoning. I’m curious what’s going on with those depressing slices of bread you guys couldn’t do Texas toast or biscuits like why am I getting wonder bread in my meal. The shrimp was semi-decent. I just wish they actually had bigger size shrimp not worth the amount of money you’re spending at this restaurant but doubt I will order here again. I often order out the Postmates so I was looking forward to trying a new restaurant. I’m very disappointed with this one.

Ordered a # 3 fish combo with fries and added corn nuggets for more money. I did not get my fries. I called and the girl that answered said that it says fries on her screen too but what it really means is that i replaced my fries with corn nuggets.
I should have received my fries and I was dismissed. I won't order from here again because of that.

order wings and fries with a side mushrooms delivered didn't get the mushrooms and food was so disgusting my fries were soaked in buffalo sauce. couldn't even eat 1 wing never had food this bad never go or order here again

Came here at 11:45 and was told they were closed. Google clearly says 12pm they close. Girl who worked shift (Indian woman) was really rude about the situation. Manger Rio didn’t care to help
