very good food but the customer service needs to be worked on. it also sucks that the food is so good but the parking lot is a nightmare to get in or out of, you have be willing to spend time here if you want your food especially at night. very small place for such busy business
I had a wonderful experience at Hook & Catch during Christmas, and I have to give a special shout-out to our waitress, Londana. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. Even with the holiday rush, she made us feel well taken care of and checked on us often to be sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, but her excellent service truly made the visit memorable. Thank you, Londana, for making our Christmas meal extra special!
I was staying in Boca for the night and most of the surrounding restaurants were chain fast food places. I decided to try some seafood from a mom and pops location. It was Friday night and the lines were long and the food smelled good. The crew seemed to be training someone on the register and with it being so busy it didn't seem like a good idea to me but the regular crew kept pushing through the orders.
