This was my favorite place to eat when I lived in Florida. I moved a year ago and couldn't have been more excited to come back down and eat here again. After ordering online, I got home to find out my meal had no cheese sauce on it. Who doesn't put cheese sauce on Mac and cheese, at a specialty Mac and cheese place?! Not only that, I checked my card to find my $55 order cost me $67+. Though my receipt already included tax and had the exact amount on it, it's clear somebody added a hefty $12+ tip for themselves. This is theft. Disappointed to be stolen from by my favorite place to eat .... I called the store and got no answer. I would never recommend this location to anyone - but I'd give 5 stars to the Boca Raton location any day. PLEASE go there instead and check it out.

I liked it. Got the lobster mac and cheese and buffalo mac and cheese. The lobster tasted very fresh and delicious (I doubt they cook the lobster in the back but tasted like it). The buffalo mac and cheese was pretty satisfying. My only issue is that the portions were on the small side. The vibe was also strange, not what I'm used to walking into a food establishment.

We were all very disappointed with our first time at this location. I arrived 8 minutes after the suggested pick up time for my online order and still had to wait another 20 minutes for the food. There was only one other customer besides us at the time. All three bowls were not good at all and definitely not worth the $34.00 bill. When we got home, the first bowl was filled only half way, the second one had pieces of a different kind of cheese that was not part of the order as well as random pieces of corn, and the third had a burnt patty with 2 small globs of overheated cheese on the sides.

Staff seemed a bit inexperienced as the only girl behind the counter needed the manager to walk her through how to make my order step by step, which took quite some time. As well, even just the payment process took a surprisingly long amount of time. The Best Of Both Worlds was somewhat disappointing as the short rib didn’t taste all that good and the mac & cheese inside the sandwich was kind of dry. Also, the plain mac bites were just reheated like frozen food and it really shows in the texture. Besides that nothing was really all that flavorful and could’ve used even just some salt and pepper. Overall, would not come back again despite the potential of this place.

The reason I come to this place is because my daughter loves it. The food was delicious, but the attention was not, there were three girls attending, none with a mask and they prepared my food. The place only accepted cash. I would like them to improve those things because we have been going to I hearth Mac and Cheesse for years, and we like it a lot

Oh my god we just popped in for a bite #1 food was a kiss from the chef for a Mac n cheese joint. #2 I shared my meal n was still full! #3 the girl working (Gabby) was so sweet and helpful I watched her help everyone with a smile speedy service and stayed very hygienic. I’ll definitely be back !

I'm usually easy to please, but this place was gross. You'd think a place that specializes in Mac and Cheese would... specialize in Mac and Cheese? I ordered red a regular Mac and cheese with white cheddar and pulled pork. What I got was low quality school-cafeteria macaroni (fine, whatever) and this weird, slimy sauce. It doesn't seem like real cheese, it seems like something you'd get in a hospital cafeteria. I don't think this was an "unlucky order"- I am confident that is just the flavor they are going for: artificial goo. My guess is they buy a ton of really cheap low quality "cheese sauce" gallons in bulk and mush it together. The portions are big, so we just ordered the one bowl, which can easily feed two people. However, neither of us ate our portion- it was just too gross. There are easier ways to waste $20.

I thought i would give this place a try. I ordered this short rib philly bowl. It shows online that it comes with a decent amount of short ribs and other ingredients. When I got MY bowl, it had maybe 3-5 TINY pieces of ribs. It had NO OTHER INGREDIENT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THERE. I COULD HAVE MADE THIS WITH INGREDIENTS FROM DOLLAR GENERAL. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TO CHARGE ME $13 for 50 cents worth of pasta. And not to include all of the ingredients listed. NEVER COMING BACK

There is nothing wrong with her disability but it’s bad for business, She didn’t know how to work the register and the food was terrible. Really cheap with the cheese so by the time I got home and warmed backed up the macaroni was ABSOLUTELY DRY. I don’t recommend

I would not come back. Food was mediocre and it was high in price. I didn't really love anything and I spent a lot of money ordering a bit of everything. The Mac and cheese balls were frozen in the center. My buffalo chicken Mac and cheese would've tasted better from next door at cicis for a fraction of the price.

It was my Dad and I first time coming here and The Server Maria was so Helpful and sweet if you want good Customer service i would 100% tell u to come here, the food is also AmazingMonday through Friday from when they open to about 5 is when maria is there i suggest u come during that time SHE IS THE BEST

Ordered delivery . Sourdough Grilled Cheese had no toasting on the outside and there was barely any rib meat or cheese inside. Fried Mac & Cheese bites were tasteless and tater tots were soggy. Never again! If it was good we were ready to make sure t our go to place. Disappointing!

We were excited to eat here based on the reviews, but unfortunately they closed early because it was slow. The door was unlocked so we went in, the employees just kept looking at us and than each other. They told my daughter they packed everything up already and started cleaning. She felt too bad asking them to make her something. I drove her 20 minutes to eat there so I went in to get her food. At that point the door was locked and someone came outside after they saw me taking picture for this review. The person was very nice and said they ran out of food. That was completely different than what was told to my daughter. While we were figuring out were to go we watched friends of the employees be let in to hang out. I know because they told when I tried to warn them the place closed early. I will not go back because the situation was handled so poorly. I can understand closing early if it's necessary, however I do not feel that was the case.
