The server for overnight crew was so awesome that if it wasn't for server MeghanI would not of rated this IHOP 5 stars she deserves raise. Now the I call him chef also overnight the food was fantastic he definitely knows his craft as well. Because of both of them IHOP Deerfield I a 5 star restaurant.

I barely make reviews and usually I always eat my food when I go out but I couldn’t eat here, it was straight up bad. Like there was a weird taste and I’m no picky eater. The floor was dirty the food lukewarm and it took forever to get the food as well, the waitress was sweet but the manager was not, He was not courteous at all and only offered a “$20 discount” for food that I did not eat. Not to mention someone found a fry in the middle of their omelette, meaning they did not clean where they cook. Very unpleasant excluding the waitress.

This place I will not return. I put one star just to write my review. There's no option for no start! I got a veggie Omelette I while eating half way. My daughter order a regular scramble eggs with beacon like warm. She just took one bite and decided not to eat it. Just eating my omelette it disgusts me finding a piece of french fry in my veggies omelette. Smh

The worst service I have ever had, a terrible experience, my breakfast was on the counter and no one brought it to the table and it also arrived cold, the orange juice looked like water. I will never return to this place. A disappointment.

Next time, just make more grits. After waiting 30- 40 minutes to be seated (understandably), it was a busy day after Christmas. However, for some reason, 1 cook is working. Waited to be served, it took forever to bring refills. Brought out disgusting Grits, replied that there weren't anymore (this explained why). This place was one of my worst experiences at an IHOP (know for breakfast).
The place needs remodeling and some new silverware .

Food was as expected and tasty. Server was very nice . The price we were charged for a cup of coffee and drink was ridiculous (way to high)for a ihop. The next time I'll surely consider going somewhere else just because of this

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager was rude and dismissive, making me wait 30 minutes for a table despite my initial request for a high chair. When finally seated, I was given a table where a high chair couldn’t even be accommodated, and the manager rudely told me it wasn’t available. The staff were unfriendly, and the whole place felt poorly managed. I left without eating, completely frustrated. If I could, I would give 0 stars. Either improve your service or shut down.
