We love JBs and when we came a bit later in the afternoon there was a band playing then it switched to dinner. Great patio facing the beach and the service keeps up with busy times...The food is great and costs meet it with a family of four but the atmosphere is what really draws people here.
Parking: JBs is located on a busy bend by the pier in Deerfield. It has pedestrians, bicycles and a whole array of cars always being dropped off, the valets do a great job!

This place is really hanging its hat on the view. Prices are reasonable and portions are healthy. But I would definitely not go here if I’m stuck indoors - only worth it if you get outdoor seating.
Conch fritters were good but quite doughy.
You get a free mimosa or sparkling wine if you order a brunch entree on the weekend but we weren’t offered it until I asked so be aware of that.
I got the Benedict burger and it was kinda overcooked, dry, and flavorless but somehow at the same time drenched in sauce. Very impressive how they did that.
The only good thing about the burger was the buttery brioche bun.

My love and I went there couple weeks ago for early dinner , it was delicious ? The service, food, atmosphere, location amazing!! Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to hear the live entertainment ? but we'll be back real soon!!!!

Super rude staff. Manager “Pedro” apparently has no last name. I quote “Yes papi today you are going to fit there”. First of all who are you to call me papi, second of all I am the paying customer and you are accommodating me not the other around. There are ways of saying things to customers. I am not your brother or friend, treat people with respect and get a clue about the business. Really impressed Pedro made it to manager. Food great as always. Servers great. Manager just needs to learn how to actually talk to customers… music wayyyyyy loud

Visiting from NYer here. Was brought here by friend who’s highly recommended JB’s. Food was excellent, service was just as great. Our waitress Chloe, on point. She checked on us multiple times. I asked the young lady who was bringing our drinks Toni, if she could grab the coldest beer she could find & she brought it chilled in a bucket w/ ice! Loved it! Awesome made us laugh too, great job folks. Will definitely return.

If you’re looking for an up-leveled beach bar experience, head to JBs. Their smoked fish dip is among the best as a savory starter and the whole red snapper was cooked to perfection and served with a delicious avocado based salsa and rice. Wine list was extensive with reasonable pricing. Seating was fantastic, beachside with pull down curtains should the weather turn. Enjoyed the live music, but as the volume of the diners lively discussions increased the volume of the music also increased making some table conversations difficult to hear. All in all a wonderful dining experience at a fair price.
