The staff at this KFC branch are truly unprofessional. The restaurant is always dirty, and they prepare orders very slowly. I just don’t understand why they choose to hire employees who don’t seem to do their jobs.

Clean store, polite employees, fast and decent food. No charges just because you swap a side item with another one in a meal. The KFC at Powerline and Commercial Boulevard should take note of this store and see how it should be done.

Ordered the fried pickles, only received 3 pickles. Was told to pull up to the door so the drive thru timer would not show how long it took to give me, cold tenders, burnt fries, a drink with no ice, and finally, 1 out of 4 tenders. There is no point of going in and complaining. The manager knows this is happening and doesn't care. Never again will I visit this location.

I can only say that coming from Europe i was expecting a lot more from the US Kfc, but was Very disappointed. Food tasted good, specially the fries, but they don't have chicken wings,spicy or otherwise. The staff was friendly,service was fast,space was clean, but as i said, u can't have KFC if u don't have the star of Kfc, the wings.

I've been here twice now and won't come again the stop doesn't even acknowledge you come inside the ice machine is always broken and the soda is piss warm the chicken is overdone or has been in the warmer for too long and so has the biscuits I should have known better when I seen that there was absolutely no one in the parking lot or in the Drive-Thru .....100% do not recommend!!!!

The employee named Marvin is very rude with customers; I came at this place with my granddaughter, he took my order as if he was in a hurry, and then he rudely threw my order on the counter, As a respectable senior citizen should not be treated and spoken to like a teenager, this employee must be removed from this place

disgusting service in this particular place, everything takes a long time, the workers work reluctantly, I did not see gloves when packing orders. 3 out of 3 times I encountered problems in this particular place. today they packed and gave the delivery person someone else's order, and it is much cheaper than mine.

Cashier was rude, when we stepped up to the counter instead of a greeting we go “ready?” With a nasty look on her face. She was just smiling with the costumer before me, I was planning on eating then ordering more food to take for my employees. When my order was ready the guy tossed it on the counter nodded and walked off after I grabbed it without saying a word. I remember why I stopped coming to this location and went to Popeyes instead after finishing my meal.
Food is well made, but the people that working there,looks like they don't know how to smile to customers.

Was not asked if wanted original or crispy was just given crispy which was so hard and greasy. Always get original so guess assumed that's what I was getting.

Was there today. The service was terrible. Had to wait 10 minutes for my incorrect order. When ordering Yazmyn asked if I wanted a bottle or cup of water with my meal, I said bottle. I ordered a meal with two crispy chicken wings, mashed potato and gravy, a biscuit and a large coleslaw on the side. Pull up to the window. Waited a few minutes then I paid. Waited another couple minutes then I’m handed a cup of water. I ordered a bottle. She specifically asked me bottle or cup! She angrily took the water back then gave me a water bottle. Few minutes later she handed me my food, the large container of coleslaw and the meal. But, instead of mashed potatoes in the meal there was a coleslaw. When I said this is not right she yelled at me “you ordered two crispy wings”! I said yes but I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. This is coleslaw and again she angrily took it corrected it and gave back. No apologies just anger at me for her mistakes!
