Was not asked if wanted original or crispy was just given crispy which was so hard and greasy. Always get original so guess assumed that's what I was getting.

Was there today. The service was terrible. Had to wait 10 minutes for my incorrect order. When ordering Yazmyn asked if I wanted a bottle or cup of water with my meal, I said bottle. I ordered a meal with two crispy chicken wings, mashed potato and gravy, a biscuit and a large coleslaw on the side. Pull up to the window. Waited a few minutes then I paid. Waited another couple minutes then I’m handed a cup of water. I ordered a bottle. She specifically asked me bottle or cup! She angrily took the water back then gave me a water bottle. Few minutes later she handed me my food, the large container of coleslaw and the meal. But, instead of mashed potatoes in the meal there was a coleslaw. When I said this is not right she yelled at me “you ordered two crispy wings”! I said yes but I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. This is coleslaw and again she angrily took it corrected it and gave back. No apologies just anger at me for her mistakes!

Horrible costumer service skills.
We walked in what looked to be on to a freshly mopped floor. The manager or worker I dont know what she is but anyways such a bad attitude and people skills, we asked about a deal that we saw online and she said that “ whatever is online’s is online”. Therefore, we told her that never mind we were gonna order off the menu in person.
She had a horrible attitude and proceeded to ask us if we were gonna pay in cash or card we replied with “ we have both” and she said “these are the debit ones”, pointing at the front register. She continued with her bad attitude while starting to take our order. Realizing her lack of customer service skills, we decided to stop ordering and say nevermind cancel out order, thank you. Almost out the door she starts to scream bye and adios repeatedly which felt very discriminatory because we are Hispanics and we thought that she was making fun of us. This is all happening while we were trying to walking out the door with their wet floor that had no sign up for “wet floor”

I frequently place online orders to cater lunch to our small office. Our order consists of the same thing every time, two buckets, four sides. EVERYTIME we arrive at or shortly AFTER the designated picked up time and the order is never ready. There is always an additional wait. Today specifically the pickup time for our PREPAID order was set for pick up at 12:55PM. We arrived at 1PM and they just began preparing our order which we did not receive until 1:15-1:20PM. Ridiculous, last lunch our office will be having from them. Although the food is great the service and management is poor.

“I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this KFC location. I specifically ordered 12 chicken legs, but instead, the cashier, Yazmin, gave me the 12-piece meal, which included different parts of the chicken that I did not want. On top of that, I asked for spicy chicken, but she said there were no spicy wings available, which was also disappointing. To make matters worse, she forgot to include the mashed potatoes that were part of my order.

This lack of attention to detail and poor communication about menu availability is unacceptable and ruined my meal experience. I hope the management addresses these issues with their staff to ensure better service in the future.”

Just visited KFC at 177 N Powerline Rd, and wow! The chicken was super crispy and juicy, just like I love it. The staff was super friendly, too, making the whole experience even better. Can't wait to go back! ??

Went to KFC recently and the chicken was on point, hot and crispy just like I like it. The mashed potatoes and gravy were a great side, super comforting. The staff was friendly and got my order out fast even though they were a bit busy. The place was clean and had a relaxed vibe, making it a solid choice for a quick meal. Definitely satisfied my craving.
