The last two times I’ve gone through the drive through at this location they didn’t have fried chicken and it was over a 30 minute wait. Both visits were at 7pm on a normal weekday mind you. Bizarre. I could understand it happening once, but twice is pattern. Of course, a bunch of us are huddled in a side parking lot so the drive through timer doesn’t record any of these shenanigans. I can appreciate not wanting to overcook food, but at some point they have to decide whether they want to be in business. You don’t see Taco Bell running out of Tacos. Last trip for me. Chicken isn’t that good.

The staff at this KFC branch are truly unprofessional. The restaurant is always dirty, and they prepare orders very slowly. I just don’t understand why they choose to hire employees who don’t seem to do their jobs.

Clean store, polite employees, fast and decent food. No charges just because you swap a side item with another one in a meal. The KFC at Powerline and Commercial Boulevard should take note of this store and see how it should be done.
Ordered the fried pickles, only received 3 pickles. Was told to pull up to the door so the drive thru timer would not show how long it took to give me, cold tenders, burnt fries, a drink with no ice, and finally, 1 out of 4 tenders. There is no point of going in and complaining. The manager knows this is happening and doesn't care. Never again will I visit this location.

I can only say that coming from Europe i was expecting a lot more from the US Kfc, but was Very disappointed. Food tasted good, specially the fries, but they don't have chicken wings,spicy or otherwise. The staff was friendly,service was fast,space was clean, but as i said, u can't have KFC if u don't have the star of Kfc, the wings.

I've been here twice now and won't come again the stop doesn't even acknowledge you come inside the ice machine is always broken and the soda is piss warm the chicken is overdone or has been in the warmer for too long and so has the biscuits I should have known better when I seen that there was absolutely no one in the parking lot or in the Drive-Thru .....100% do not recommend!!!!
