Ghetto isn’t even the word to describe this place. It’s truly sad that such a delicious and wanted product will probably fail because of the people you choose to hire and operate your businesses. If you offer delivery and it’s scheduled for a specific time you need to have information on the order you’re suppose to ensure your customer receives since they paid you. My order was scheduled at 9am it’s now 9:18 and when you call the store everyone is clueless and do not have the correct vocabulary for their customers and says things like if you wanna order again that’s up to you. I need a refund bone was offered and now I have to dispute a charge and go through so much just because I ordered at Krispy Kreme. I have to reschedule my event, I’m out $100 and still have no donuts at 9:21am but my order was scheduled for 9am. All I get is you’ll have to contact the delivery person but we don’t know who it is so for all I know they gave my order to the wrong person and are just making me deal with it. They can’t tell me who they gave it to and there’s no tracking for it. The manager Meme or Mimi is rude and confrontational. It’s not my fault that your delivery service is setup stupidly. You told me you didn’t know where my driver was then when I call for a refund miraculously you can see that they’re about to pull up smh so why couldn’t you see that when I called initially. Customer service is important when you have a customer service job and if you’re unable to control yourself when a customer is legitimately upset and as a manager? You need a new job. You had the drivers contact you could have appeased me by reaching out to them or looking it up to begin with but instead you infuriated me more with your dismissive attitude.

For those wanting the true “red light” fresh glazed doughnut experience, you CANNOT GET THEM HERE.
They receive their doughnuts from a central location and for the glazed, they are put through a flash warmer, and then glazed. Are they “hot”? No but warm. Are they fresh? No they are somewhat chewy, vs melt in your mouth fresh. Many will say they are fine, but not this KK purist.

Krispy Kreme is always amazing! Tastes amazing! Had the original and the cinnamon roll which was GREAT! Came in and was busy with a huge order. The two behind the counter looked a little overwhelmed and you could definitely tell. Smile, smile, smile. If I have learned one thing in customer service it is smile! Even when you are overwhelmed. Good overall though and will be back because I can’t get enough of the donuts!

the lady with red hair and honestly the whole staff is in such a bad mood, horrible attitude, and apparently they close at 11pm and at 7:49 chairs up and dim lights. the lady with red hair was super rude and not welcoming we didn’t sit and stay because of that
