Service is terrible.

If you order for pick up and ask for chimichurri, the lady at the pick up station won’t handle it to you, not because they don’t have it, but because the lady doesn’t want to. This is ridiculous. One girl was going to handle it to me and the other give her an eye sight to let her know not to. This is the second time she does the same thing

I’ve been going here steadily ever since I got to Boca 14 years ago. I love this place, nice people, nice vibe, clean, amazing picanha And beef empanadas.

My only gripe is that I just got too small rice To go, each container is about one and a half to 2 inches high and 4 inches in diameter so we are talking very small. And they charged me Over nine dollars for that. It is officially, by far, the most expensive Rice in Broward or Palm Beach County.

Except for some silly pricing like that, the place is amazing

We went for dinner and they messed up the order a few times and when the check came it said for OUR convenience they added the tip into the cost..which i did not appreciate since i think it should be based on service and ours wasnt good.
Then we wanted to try the bakery side for breakfast the next day. Now i will say they were short staff and the cooks had to come out and serve food. However the lady taking orders at the bakery counter was very rude. I got the american breakfast which comes with 2 eggs, ham/bacon/or sausage, hashbrowns, and bread.
I waited 20 minutes and got 2 eggs and bacon. I told her i was missing the rest and she insisted that they were additional so we spoke to the manager and got our full meal.

Good day everyone,
Latinos restaurant is been there for a while, I don’t know if there’s a new owner, but the vibes were not good at all.
We reserve a table for 5 and we got there and the lady said there was no reservations made. Then she said is $20.00 plus you have to consume minimum $150.00. Ok cool a short guy with gray came and he said ok $10.00 . we went in because we want it to experience the band that was playing that night. The songs that the singer sang were ok. The place was Very loud I guess because it was empty or they have to adjust the speakers. We order 2 buckets of beer. On the menu it was one price and then on the bill was another price. The tables were very sticky I think it was because, the guy that was cleaning the tables the cloth look very dirty. Then I ordered a drink, don’t remember the name , but I think they used too much lemon, not good at all. The waitress had and attitude on there faces. Don’t worry I don’t want no refund back. I just want the customers to read my review before planning to celebrate or coming to this place. To me this place should just be a bar where you want to have a drink and that’s it ! I had to lie and told the waitress that it was my friends birthday. And he brought a flan with a lot of whipped cream! I was like maybe is Just me the flan had no flavor. The whipped cream on a flan!! That’s crazy . No presentation on the dishes. Food presentation can impact an individual’s first impression is very important.

I am a frequent customer of Latinos Restaurant and have usually enjoyed the food. However, today I had a very disappointing experience when ordering a Picada Colombiana for two people. The description of the dish was very different from what I actually received.
I also paid extra for a portion of picanha meat, but when I got home and checked the order, I found that the picada only had three pieces of chorizo, pork with too much fat, and very little meat overall. Instead, the dish was filled with cassava, potatoes, and arepa. Additionally, the chicken that was supposed to be included was missing entirely.
Considering the high price I paid, I felt upset and dissatisfied with the quality and accuracy of the order. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I usually have good experiences at your restaurant, but this time it fell short of expectations.

This place is garbage , absolute trash quality of food and the service was horrendous. Just go to boteco de manelo if you want brazilian, they’re 10x better. Wouldn’t feed this food to even my dog.

El día de ayer llamé para hacer una orden para recoger la muchacha que me atendió muy grosera desde el principio Cuando yo le dije que me explicara un plato que ordené me preguntó que si yo era colombiana y le dije que si que por qué preguntaba y me dijo que con razón que yo era una colombiana de mala clase cuando le dije que me pasara con la mané get la paso pero ella no izó nada cuando pase a recoger la comida pedi ver la persona que me discriminó por ser colombiana la manager la tenía escondida y lo único que dijo era que ya le había llamado la atención Pienso que ese lugar ni es colombiano sólo se valen de Colombia para que la gente vaya Me sentí discriminada por el personal que al final no hicieron nada Es una falta de respeto que tratan mal a la gente y ustedes como dueños lo ignoran

HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO!!! I placed a pick up order an hour and half before pickup time, waited 15 mins which made me late for work. Spoke to the manager and he said “you only waited 15 mins.” The place doesn’t respect people’s time!
