Don't waste your time. Nothing is ready and orders placed ahead online are 'ready' 20 minutes + after the promised time and after the time the app says it's done and waiting. Terrible service and no one in charge of anything. Drive to another one or make your own at home. Either option is better than this.

I placed my order ahead of time using the mobile app and arrived about 20 minutes later, expecting to pick it up quickly. Instead, it took me 15 minutes just to get inside the store because it was packed with customers standing around holding receipts, all clearly still waiting for their orders.

When I finally reached the pizza kiosk, there were no pizzas inside at all. I then had to wait another 10 minutes just to speak with the employee taking orders and handing out food. When I asked about my order, he told me twice that my pizza was still in the oven, without any apology, explanation, or acknowledgment of the long delays.

Overall, the store seemed completely backed up, unorganized, and overwhelmed, and the lack of communication made the experience even more frustrating.

Whoever owns this franchise store needs to really look into the staffing & scheduling. It doesn’t make sense to order ahead of time to then get to the store and the pizza is not even made yet. The staff here has turned it around, but there are times in which there is almost 10 people waiting in the lobby to either order or get their previously placed orders for over 20+ mins. I am a regular of this store and whenever the blonde Cuban lady is working, that’s when the store delays the most. She is not customer service friendly and is always giving attitude to customers, and when customers say anything back she acts all offended. The rest of the staff is friendly and attentive. It’s that one lady that is always in a bad mood and combative with customers.

Super slow and pizza portal broken. When I got notified my pizza was ready, I had to wait in line for 10 minutes to talk to the cashier. He then told me my pizza was being finished up. I continued to wait in store for my pizza, which took an additional 20 minutes. Take your business elsewhere

I did a doordash and the order wasnt even started. The girl said 3 minutes. Took more like 10. She was on her phone.

I called in order told ready in 20 minutes got to the store waited 40 minutes there was only 1 person working register and making orders. Then I saw the lady making orders placing in the racks I get to the counter and she made me the wrong order. The I saw lady was rude and unprofessional I got a refund. While waiting to be waited on she kept allowing all of the Spanish people come to the side and place orders just very unorganized. I will never go back they deserve 0 stars

They act like they don’t understand English and have an attitude when u are asking them a question only the young gurl very nice. But the rest are rude and never give customer service

Worst little Caesar around the wait time is never accurate the food sucks the establishment hot they don’t let you use the bathroom the customer service sucks the communication isn’t there. They smile and keep making it seem like it’s normal to be waiting so long people got stuff to do at this point the whole staff needs to be fired there’s never a day where there time is accurate or communication is comprehensive. A couple mystery shoppers need to be assigned to this store a couple times a week. We the people need a better staff there the rating is at a 3.2 what we gota push it down to a 1 ?

I placed an order at 10 pm and at 10:30 pm they said the order was delivered, but the pizza wasn't delivered. We were left without food, and my 8-year-old daughter, who has autism, didn't understand why the pizza wasn't delivered. This is a tremendous lack of care for the customer and a complete lack of respect. I called the pizzeria and they simply hung up on me and said they wouldn't deliver anymore. It's really messed up.

I ordered at 6:50 it’s now 7:42 I’ve been skipped in line the service here is extremely poor needs new staff mangers and all I really wish it was at two locations in Deerfield because this one sucks then the young male has the nerve to give attitude
