I went to Luigi’s Di Roma in Deerfield with my family and it was a terrible experience. The restaurant was maybe 15% full, yet it took over 40 minutes just to get water. I eventually had to walk to the bar myself just to get drinks. When I called the waiter out on the poor service, instead of fixing the issue he told the owner I was being racist — which was completely untrue and unacceptable.

The owner then came out and threatened to kick me and my family out rather than addressing the situation professionally. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how management operates here.

This place has really gone downhill, and the empty tables make it clear I’m not the only one who sees it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where customers are actually respected.

Very good food, nice ambiance and the music added excitement to the patrons. Need to improve a little their service, they Waiters walk around in circles and sometimes miss they customers requests....

We keep coming back for the food and live entertainment, which are always great. However, the bar staff—especially the bar manager—could really use some improvement in customer service. Drinks take a long time, even when they’re simple orders, and you often have to ask multiple times just to get basic service. They rarely check in, and most of the time seem more interested in talking to each other than serving guests.
I mentioned these concerns to the owner after experiencing this more than once, but his response was, “He’s been with me at my last four restaurants.” Honestly, I found that dismissive—loyalty doesn’t excuse poor service. To his credit, the owner did get us an excellent waitress afterward, but with so many great options nearby in Boca, we don’t feel the need to deal with the attitude.

First time here, and all three of us loved our meals. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. It was creamy and very flavorful. I would definitely order it again.

We have been going to Luigi for 3 years now. The service is first class, from the receptionist to the servers. Food is always great. I had the stuffed shrimp with linguine my wife veal chop, for dessert we had the chocolate brownie with ice cream and a coffee. Atmosphere with the singer in the back ground makes for a very enjoyable dinner and evening.

Great cozy place, service was great ,food was excellent, definitely recommend and will return in the future.

This has the makings of a very nice restaurant. The food is quite good. However... the noise level is off the charts. There was a guy singing and even though we were on the other side of the restaurant it was VERY loud. Our waiter was nice, but he disappeared a lot. The food is brought to the table by a runner from the kitchen, & when we asked him for lemon and parmesan cheese he said OK, but I knew he wouldn't bring it and he didn't. 5-6 minutes later our waiter came by, and after asking him he brought it. I may try this place on a night that they don't have live entertainment. They really should tone it down. The food is not inexpensive, so one would expect to be able to eat in peace and have a conversation without shouting.

Our waiter Louie was good. The food was delicious. Lived the music. Coming back with friends.

We went for dinner last night with a party of 8. Four of our friends had never been to Luigi di Roma before. Everyone loved their dishes. Service and food were outstanding as usual. It's our favorite Italian restaurant and never disappoints. Highly recommend!

The food was wonderful! We went for my birthday and our server, Helioson made the experience so amazing!! He was so kind and checked on us often. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a flat bread and the bottom was so hard I could not bite it. I also ordered chicken parm and it was tasteless.

We dine here often and have brought many guests. Luigi's service is excellent....consistently good food and a very friendly inviting environment! Highly recommended!!!
