Ordered a black coffee and lid doesn’t fit at all. Coffee was extremely hot and fell all over me because the lid doesn’t fit. No napkins or anything given at the window. To say I’m not happy is an understatement.

After an evening out, we sought food at this establishment. However, the staff exhibited exceptionally rude behavior. Despite their website stating that they are open 24 hours, they were not. The staff member informed us that we needed to expedite our orders because she was closing the kitchen. She had missed a significant portion of our food and became visibly upset when we informed her that some of our burgers were missing. This experience highlights the poor customer service provided.

Placed an order on the mobile app. Usually when they are out of something the app tells you the item is unavailable. I arrived and they claimed they never received my order. Then they magically found it and told me they weren’t serving ice cream. Guess they already cleaned it and didn’t feel like making any more. Refused to be helpful in anyway and acting like they didn’t care about the problems. I’d take a photo of my food but I cancelled it since they didn’t have half my order anyways.

The Mc. Donald @ 18th street and 441. The service lately has been terrible They have a girl that doesn't speak English. She is a sweet girl from Haiti, But the coworker or manager gets upset with the customers like is our fault, when he fix the issues the food gets cold. Very upsetting to deal with these issues when you get there with two hungry toddlers

Deserves zero stars. Went at 650pm on 7/10/25 ordered in kiosk because evertime i do an app order it takes them over 30 mins. Drive threw only had 4 cars in line and a few people waiting in the lobby for food. I waited until 8pm and still never got my food. The food runnet guy tried to give me someone elses food twice. One short lady is back there filling napkins and straws dor drive threw and my whole order was skipped . The food runner said my food was coming and he kept taking orders for customers at desk and they recieved their food before me. Never again will i go back and ive gone here on and off for 2 years. I complained to corporate and they say nothing except talk to the franchise. I never got a refund either.

I placed an order through the app for 21.35. I went to the store and was told that they were only serving breakfast. I was told my credit card would be refunded in a few days. I wasted a trip there, was treated rudely by whoever was at the drive through and as far as I am concerned they have stolen $21.35 from me. A multi billion dollar company stealing from a costumer is shameful.

I had to wait a long time when I was the only person in line I to order and also to pay and when I receive my fish sandwiches it had only half of the cheese I didn’t even see it until they told me that was there but the way they talk to me I can tell you that a customer service is really bad. Really took 20 mins for a meal and plus an extra 5 to refill my drink because it tasted funny….supposed to be better than that especially in the lunch rush
