Went through drive through and the cashier was extremely rude and impatient. I frequent this location a lot, and this is the first time I’ve experienced rude customer service. Not sure if this employee is new, but she needs to work on multi tasking and being more professional. On top of that I was asked to repeat my order several times and it was still incorrect. Please do better!

The Philly cheese smells like rotten meat covered up by onions. The drive thru attendant was not nice,snappy and just rude really to everyone i heard her speak too. Won't be around long for sure if you can't serve fresh not rotten tasting meat. Sorry.....

Asaba this location and I find out the price is higher than what usual is and as the cashier was very rude about the pricing and she like you you don’t gonna come here there are no customer service skills was very rude very nauseous and a customer always right but not at that location not a Miami sub they’re not right. The customer and the manager was so rude about the situation she couldn’t able to resolve it the incident so I really wanna escalate the situation to the head Copper office and I will let you guys give me a call back about this incident that follow up with me

I eat Miami grill about 3 times a week and I go to different locations I've been at this location 3 times since they opened and every time I have gone to this location my order was wrong the last time which was today my order was made wrong twice!!! I just ended up taking the wrong sandwich and eating it because I didn't want to go back for a third time ....... order taker was super rude the second time I came back for my order to be fixed ........

Not quite as good as the full service locations. Limited menu, but my favorite cheese steak is there. I've gone 3 times, and the last time the fries were stale and the sandwich didn't taste quite right. It wasn't bad, just had a funky taste. The people working there are always very nice! I'm just happy to have this new location because the next nearest one is 3 times the distance.
I had an amazing experience with this place , I highly recommend!, food was fresh customer service was phenomenal , I went here last night around 8:30 pm , the night cashier/ manager Marcel , was so polite and professional , makes you feel welcomed , will definitely be revisiting.

This place has gone downhill! My husband ordered the fish and chips and it’s nothing but rounded patties that didn’t look appetizing or like the picture so he had to throw it away. The hush puppies were also burnt. Waste of money!

I ordered the 5 piece crispy wings platter II wanted all flats but they wanted to charge me. Dollar extra so I declined upon looking at my order after receiving it they couldn’t give me all flats yet my platter was nothing but all drumsticks I was beyond pissed the taste of the foods was also a problem it taste nasty and greasy and overcooked

What a great experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time visiting the new Miami Grill location, and I was very impressed. The customer service was amazing — the cashier was super friendly and welcoming. While we were a little disappointed that there’s no dine-in option, everything else made up for it. The food was fresh and delicious, and the overall experience was great. We’ll definitely be back! 😀
