The best smoothie spot in Deerfield Beach – and so much more
I’ve been coming to Cara’s smoothie bar in Deerfield Beach since 2008, and it’s honestly one of my favorite places in town. The smoothies are always fresh, delicious, and made with real ingredients—but what really makes this place special is Cara herself.
She’s always there with a smile, and over the years her shop has turned into more than just a spot to grab something healthy. It’s a place to hang out, talk, laugh, and connect. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, Cara treats everyone like family. You’ll usually find a few locals hanging out, chatting at the bar—it’s like a little community gathering spot.
If you’re looking for amazing smoothies and a place where you actually feel welcome, this is it. Highly recommend stopping by, grabbing a smoothie, and saying hi to Cara. You’ll be back.

Incredibly apathetic, lazy, rude tall girl with black chunky glasses at the counter is a lazy rude mess.
This place is located inside LA fitness. I was there >15 minutes before closing and before I could even approach the counter was told “I hope you’re not trying to order a smoothie”.
I asked what time she closed and she said 6 (again, it was like 5:43at this point). So I said great, so you can make me a smoothie and close in 15 minutes. She then said “no” and turned her back on me and said she had to clean?
Useless staff and really bad experience. Why are you even there?

Probably one of the best smoothie bars in town they offer a large variety of refreshing smoothies pre-workout post-workout along with unbeatable pricing in service highly recommend check them out they're located in Deerfield Beach.

Honestly just a waste of space in the LA Fitness. It’s always closed and the one time I catch them open it’s 5 mins before they close and the attendant refused to make me a smoothie, she said she had other things to do. Why even take up the space in the gym.

Worst service ever. After asking for a simple scoop of protein in a fruit smoothie, the owner, Cara would not listen to her client and started yelling at him and stated cursing as well. Then came from behind the counter for a confrontation. All unprovoked. Very unladylike as well as the most disgusting behavior I have ever seen from a business let alone their owner. This represents LA Fitness in the poorest fashion.

We got smoothies made with their smoothie mix. They turned out to be all smoothie mix and barely any fruit, so they just taste like a milky drink with a weird after taste.
