A woman (who I later learned is the General Manger) was in the kitchen preparing food with her hair down, I watched this for about 20 minutes. When I left the store, I called the store to ask if the lady in the kitchen could put her hair up. Woman who picked up the phone said “oh you mean the general manager? Do you wanna talk to her?” …no I didn’t want to speak to her, or I would’ve just told her to her face to put her hair up. So I say no, I don’t, I’d just like her to put her hair up. And the lady on the phone hangs up on my face. What?! So unprofessional, literally a joke. Will never step foot in here again.

We love Panera bread. We are now a regular dinner and goto place. Staff are always friendly, prices and there reward programs are fantastic. Totally recommend.
Ordered my bakers dozen last night and PAID for it so I could pick it up this morning only to be told that sone bought all 3dozens of the bagel that I order and paid for. I asked why and was told that because they WALKED IN first so basically they were served over my order. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE I PAID FOR IT THE NIGHT BEFORE!!! This is my first time eating from here and it will be the last

All I have to say is thank goodness there are still people out there like Gladys. She is a breath of fresh air, I thought I liked going to Panera for the food but really I go just to see Gladys. It’s not the same experience without her. She has a heart of gold. Panera you’re lucky to have her.

My friend was hungry so we popped into this Panera Bread for her to grab soup and a sandwich. This is next to Chipotle & Aldi's on US 1 in Deerfield.
The dining area was spotless, and the booth was comfortable. I just enjoyed coffee. It was a delightful place!
