Never order from here. I always use the one in Coral Springs, the 2 time I used Uber Eats for my meals here they messed it up. If I could give the service a 0 I would. I ordered a Greek Salad from here the other day and the chicken came hard and it tasted horrible. Not to mention the bread that came with it was hard as rock. The real issue was yesterday. I ordered a sandwich and specified ‘no bacon’. When my order came, it was completely covered in bacon. I tried to pick it out but I did not have time to pick out all the bits and pieces of bacon that was their mistake. At the time, I called them to let them know and a girl answered, she put me on hold and then they hung up in my face. I called a second time and another girl answered and all she said was ‘oh yea i see the problem’ and did not offer any help in terms of getting another one free of charge since it was THEIR mistake. Then she starts hinting it was my fault I did ubereats and did not order from the panera delivery itself because i couldn’t get a refund. I wasn’t asking for a refund its $10 I don’t care. I was asking if I could come pick another one up before work free of charge because it’s their fault. She had no clue what to do and I just hung up the phone and did not get to eat. I never do reviews ever but I just HAD to because the customer service here is horrible. Never go here. Go to Coral Springs or any other location but this one. If I could give 0 for food and service I would. I would never go to this location again, they did not even try to accommodate me for THEIR MISTAKE.

It never fails here, you go to get bagels at 7am and they don’t have any. I don’t understand it’s a bagel shop why are you out of bagels at 7am?????? If you have orders then make more for the other customers. It doesn’t make sense, did you run out of dough???? Whoever is running the store needs to do better. I know it’s just a bagel but it’s the principle.

This is worst. I ordered tuna sandwich with soup and an iced coffee. But, didn't receive the tuna sandwich. I even asked the Doordash driver if he forgot to give it to me, but, the paperbag was sealed and he wasn't able to check what's inside.

Out of French baguette but there's a ton of other bread just sitting there and it's the end of the day. The manager refused to give a piece of bread to go with the soup. Just silly in my humble opinion. For a regular customer and Panera lover.

I really enjoyed the taste and freshness of the chicken apple pecan salad. Plenty of food with the larger size. The oatmeal raisin cookie was good too. The place is kept in a very clean condition and the staff was kind. I miss the days of its trendy hustle and bustle but this chain restaurant still delivers goodness.

Was there today order to pick 2 meal totaling $34.95. Once I got the salad it was not what Iam use to from Panera. I took the salad back and explained it was missing the pickled onions and so forth. The nice guy stated I will make it over. A few moments later the guy and a woman whom I guess is the Manager who told me everything was by portion and it was what it was. I said 2 pieces of pickled onions is a portion size. She state again that it was what it was. So I returned everything. You tell me a customer spends over $30 and can't get a few pickled onions. That was mind blowing to me.

I placed a to-go order and sat right next to the pickup area. The restaurant was empty, yet no one ever called out my order. After a while I asked twice if the bag sitting on the counter was mine while the staff stood around having personal conversations. Eventually someone said, “Yeah, that’s it.” No apology, no effort — just poor service for such a simple pickup.

They cant make the product correctly, yell profanity at eachother and when you ask to get their mistakes fixed they refuse...reading through the other reviews it's 100% the blonde manager refuses to fix the issues. When she wasn't there another time I had a coupon that the other boss was having issues with and his response was he can't do anything or else he'd get in trouble from her....remove this woman from this role put her on something else

When ordering a 1/2 sandwich and a soup I asked what breads were SOFT and I was told. either tomato basil or white. I ordered the tomato basil and it was as hard as cardboard! I called the manager over and she said she couldn't do anything about it because the bread gets delivered all ready baked. That is was a terrible response and I will never return. She is absolutely not how a manager should have responded to my complaint.. I didn't eat the bread. Your company should do a much better job in hiring people. A horrible experience and my wife all ready stopped eating at this restaurant. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!

I ordered doubled meat for both my salad and sandwich in which it barely had meat on it. I also added red onions to both salad and sandwich and it did not come with any. I chose to get chips and the chips were not in the back. The order also did not come with utensils. I tried the brownie bite for the first time and it tastes disgusting. I have never had a problem with my panera bread until today.
