This is got to be the worst Panera Bread I've ever been. The service was horrible the atwas terrible. I got my food ,sit down to eat. the people at the food counter, making the orders making such a a commotion the customers had to tell them to keep it down. This is my first time at this location I'll never be back.

What a disappointment, poor service I received from the manager, disdainful, arrogant, she had no interest in helping me find a product I was looking for, a simple sauce made by the same company, responding in a bad mood NOO NOO WE DO NOT HAVE IT, and do you have French bread? I asked and she said NOO. How horrible this woman really is.

Omg. Such a tasty chicken sandwich and potato soup. If you prefer not to use salt, this soup is not for you.

My wife and I never seem to learn. The food at Panera is really good. However, they consistently mess up our orders. Whether we order online or in person, I don’t think there’s ever been a time when we didn’t have SOMETHING wrong with an order. It's pretty expensive these days for what you get (e.g., half a sandwich and a little cup of soup), so it's disappointing when you get home and your order is wrong or missing something. Last time, I ordered French onion soup, and it was missing the little bag of cheese and croutons. (That happened to me many times.) I’m stupid for not looking in the bag today: The woman put the wrong sandwich in my bag, but grabbed me before I left the store. I know I should be checking everything. That’s on me. But where is the quality control on their end? Even McDonald’s has better quality control. Such an aggravating experience, every time. If it weren't for those little hunks of AMAZING bread (am I right?), they'd be dead to us!

The women manager was terrible. She wouldn’t honor my daughter’s school coupon she got for being a good student in school all because it wasn’t filled out by the school. I said I would fill it out because it doesn’t say anything about needing to be filled out by the school and this is how I received it from the school. She said no. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Why not let me fill it out. What are you going to check my five year olds ID to verify it is her.

I recently stopped by Panera Bread at 3720 W Hillsboro Blvd, and it was awesome! The staff were super friendly and the ambiance felt cozy. Their soups and fresh bread are a must-try! Perfect spot for a quick breakfast or takeout! 😊🥖❤️

If you want lunch on Tuesday, you need to order it on Monday. It almost feels like they are running an experiment, in which they are trying to see how long it takes for customers to lose their minds before they get their food.

My son and I stop in here every Thursday evening. The food is generally good. However, they are always out of stuff and tonight was ridiculous.
Tonight.... 4 items they didn't have.
No sides of bread (and not willing to substitute another type of bread)
No White cheddar in sandwich (substitute provolone)
No Mixed Greens for Salad (had to substitute romaine lettuce, which I really don't want)
And no Dip for the French dip.
I don't think the will be our Thursday dinner stop any longer, which is a shame.

Just had the best experience at Panera Bread on W Hillsboro Blvd in Deerfield Beach! The staff were super friendly and made my day brighter. I grabbed a delicious turkey & avocado sandwich that was fresh and so tasty. The ambiance is cozy, perfect for chilling or getting some work done. Plus, their bakery items? To die for! Just sitting there with my coffee, it felt like a little slice of heaven. Definitely my go-to spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. Can't recommend it enough! ☕?
