Guy at the counter seemed happy to be there and gave a great recommendation for a new sauce. Food was fine as always

I ordered from Papa Johns like I do every week and the app glitched out and sen my order to the store. I called that manager to try to resolve my issue and he hung up on me twice. The first time he canceled my order, not telling me it was gonna be 3 to 5 days for my money to come back on my card. I called and explained my situation and he just said OK and hung up on me. He didn’t even confirm he cancelled the order…just click….I called back. He hung up on me again. I called back the third time. He actually threatened to meet me somewhere to fight him. Considering he has my address, I took that as a legitimate threat. His name was allegedly Mike and he was mocking me all three calls. I could hear the smirk in his voice. My problems amused him. Plus Im a disabled vet so the papa John’s manager at this location threatened to stalk and then fight a disabled veteran. That’s who these ppl are.

Employees were extremely rude. Said the restaurant was closed when it was open and refused to make a pre existing order that was already in their system saying it was canceled when it wasnt.

The atmosphere is filthy and they are really short staff. The staff they do have is unreliable and do not wear hair nets while making the pizza. If you order online IT DOES NOT MATTER. You might still wait 10-15 mins pass the time, or even longer if you let them play in your face. They always have this one dedicated guy working trying to satisfy customers on his own.

How hard is it to put extra sauce and cook it well done?
If someone orders the.oizza the way they want it why can't you make it that way

If I could give this location negative stars, I definitely would order one large pizza and it took over an hour and the location said that the driver was two minutes away yet he was nowhere to be found. Next thing you know it says that the pizza was delivered never knocked on the door didn’t call the phone number that I left when ordering called the store six times never spoke to anybody even tried it. The extension for managers got put directly on hold for over 15 minutes each time I would never suggest going to this location. It would be a waste of your time. The customer service is obviously horrible and when contacting corporate. They said that it would take up to 48 hours to have any type of response.

This place is more like a ghost kitchen than a retail outlet. Only one person working and they let me stand at the counter for 10 minutes before making eye contact. Ordered ahead on the app and my pizza was 20 minutes late. No respect shown to the customers in the store, not just me. I won’t go back.

This location is absolutely the worst! They rerouted my order to DoorDash for delivery, gave the driver the wrong order and refused to send the correct order! Papa John’s strives for good customer service and this location has TRASH customer service.

Called the phone number , pressed number 3 to place a new order only to be told I need to press number 3 when I call, did that 3 more times to be told to press 3 again. 😒 figured okay one more time, I press 3 get that recording that someone will be with me shortly to only get hung up on not once not twice but 3 times. What happened to just calling a pizza place and ordering a pizza …. There customer service sucks

Service was great. Hawaiian pizza on the other hand, not what it used to be. Just overall sloppy, falling apart when try to pick up a slice, a thick puffy bread almost 3 inches deep around the outer edge, slices cut uneven, not the same size. With only one person working at the location, the final touch execution just was not there. The girl is super nice and friendly. But compared to 30-35 years back, Papa John's quality not even close what it's used to be.
