Me and my mother had the pleasure of meeting papa today. Papa customer service was definitely 10out of 10 he also allow a sample for first timers I definitely recommend you to come out and try some of his good ribs and may I add that are tender my mom had collard greens,baked beans,potato salad with a side of pork souse my mom is hard to please when it comes to food but I can say she and I enjoyed the foods also

My first time Mr. Brooks aka Papa gave me a sample of Rib to try with the sauce. I went a second time and he gave me sample of souse which was yummy! The food was great and offers excellent service. I definitely recommend and will be going for more. THANK YOU PAPA SAUCE!

This was my first time visiting this place and they were very friendly. I had the rib dinner. With two sides, the color green was very good very flavorful with a little kick to them the macaroni and cheese. Was not my favorite didn’t taste fresh to me. I had a slice of sweet potato pie, and I must say whoever baked them pies must be baking with their ancestors. It was very delicious. Really enjoyed it and last, but not least the ribs were definitely my favorite out of this world. You can definitely tell whoever is grilling those ribs definitely know what they were doing, they were very tender and flavorful. Great job guys.

I will say this place has some okay food ribs are very okay not as much flavor as they probably could have Mac was ok and greens. The owner and his son and grandson make this place fantastic. Hopefully you try this place out and enjoy the food. As I mentioned it is very okay.

I went this evening and ordered two hamburger dinners. When we got home the burgers had cheese on them, the pigeon peas and rice was dry and old. They scraped the bottom of the pan for the macaroni and cheese and the baked beans were smashed onion flavored beans. Not to mention the portion was only about a tablespoon full. This place used to serve great food but I’m not sure what’s going on. Although the young lady working the window was very nice and cordial she should not be wearing shorts that she’s pulling down between her legs. Especially handling food. I called several times to let them know but they did not answer the phone when I called. I must say it was a waste of $36.

First time in, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. They noticed it was my first visit and offered a sample of the ribs—tender, smoky, and absolutely delicious. I went with the rib tips and they were spot on: perfectly seasoned, moist, and a generous portion. Hands down the best BBQ I’ve found in SFL so far. I’ll be back to try more from the menu!

We called and order food for the family on Friday evening, we ordered beef ribs, pork ribs and a bunch of sides, they took our order-but didn't tell us when it was going to be ready.. So we waited 30 then got to the place, whether then told us they didn't have the food we ordered - whatever the reason is we were never told on the phone they just took our order never called us back or anything of the sort. Didn't offer anything else they just said they didn't have it.. it's my first time trying this place guarantee I won't be coming back. Maybe try someplace more established.

Papa isn’t here to play games. This was my first visit and mad at myself for not coming sooner. Portions are great, I didn’t stand a chance at finishing my box. Ribs are gas, but the greens? Papa put his foot in there. The service was great, Papa let us try some of the brisket while we waited and it MELTED in my mouth. I’ll be back ASAP for some of that brisket and MORE GREENS. Thank you sir
