PDQ Deerfield Beach

Normally the staff is friendly and the food is good, however on 2/5 around 7:30pm while I was there a manager was accosting employees and calling them degrading names in front of customers. When I told him that he shouldn’t speak to his staff in that manner , he scoffed at me as well.That behavior is unacceptable from anyone let alone
management.

Unfortunately there is no PDQ in Miami Dade, so you have to drive to Deerfield Beach to get some PDQ.
Chicken is great, fries are good too.
They forgot to put my bread with the order, but that's ok, not a big deal.
Open PDQ in Miami Dade, cmon now.

Matthew and Jackson gave exceptional service . My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick bite after church & accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich . Matthew quickly had it remade with a smile & Jackson packaged the wrong item in a bag with a pleasant attitude! Will definitely come back here again !

Christmas Eve day; The front desk lady, an older woman with a ponytail and no name tag, was rude and didn't seem to care about helping customers.

I ordered two meals at the kiosk: the regular meal with mac and lemonade, one for me and one for my friend. My friend got her lemonade immediately, but after a very long freaking wait they told me they were out of and offered a soda instead. I refused the soda and asked for a refund, but the lady at the front acted like it was a huge problem and had to call the manager. The manager, a tall, skinny, younger woman (also with no name tag), looked annoyed and finally gave me a refund slip. A week later, the money still hasn't been returned to my account. I called and spoke to someone named Kristen/Christine, who was unhelpful, said the employees i described didn’t exist, and offered a free meal instead of my money back. I want my money back, not a free meal!

Food is okay. But the amount of plastic you get from one single order is absurd. I ordered a four piece tender meal and got three separate plastic containers (one for every two tenders for some reason + one for fries), plastic cups for the sauces, plastic cup, plastic straw, and a paper bag WHICH THEY THEN PUT IN A PLASTIC BAG. This doesn’t even include the plastic wrap that’s on top of the fork and the straw. It’s ridiculous, this was for one order. I assume if you order a family meal they actually just pull a live turtle out of the ocean and shoot it in the face. We’re right next to the ocean, all of this crap is not recyclable and ends up rotting for hundreds of years. I don’t see how every other restaurant provides the same service with significantly less plastic. Completely ruins the experience for me and I won’t be returning. Also the meal on the board was $9.50 and for whatever reason it rang up as $15 with no substitutions.

Ordered online through Uber Eats who got the wrong order. Went to the restaurant and the manager Shelby was awesome. She was apologetic, kind and made it right. Thanks Shelby!

Usually I love this place, but today looks like they gave me left over fries I think I could literally count how much fries they gave me with my fingers. Paying $18 for a meal and getting 10 fries with my meal is ridiculous

This PDQ is one of the best I've ever been to. The staff/employees are professional, courteous and very down to Earth. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend dining in or out from here. The chicken is so good it made me want more. Lol. The waffle fries were crisp and tasty and everything was an overall amazing experience. Please give these people their props because they're doing an excellent job and providing quality service and product.
